Please read this README thoroughly, I promise you it will literally answer most of
your questions.

Changelog:
- Reworked almost all the weathers from previous versions.
- Added clouds that uses the default GTA SA system by replacing cloud textures that
I made.
- Went back to 0.306 for less bugs
- Added 2 options for timecycle, one for less draw distance, one for more draw
distance.
Installation:
1. Install ASI Loader and modloader. I also CLEO which I highly recommend because
you might need it later.
2. Open the ENB V3 and copy all the contents of 'Copy to game folder' into your
game folder, where gta_sa.exe is located.
4. To install the clouds (USE MODLOADER TO INSTALL THIS!!! ALSO BACK UP YOUR
CURRENT PARTICLE.TXD!!!)
A. You have 2 options, option A is to replace your current particle.txd with
mine, or option B is to import the clouds texture into your current particle.txd
* IF YOU ARE GOING WITH OPTION A, NEVER OPEN THE PARTICLE.TXD WITH TXD
WORKSHOP, YOUR GAME WILL CRASH. INSTEAED OPEN WITH MAGIC TXD. READ THE README IN
THE CORRESPONDING FOLDER FOR DOWNLOAD LINK.
B. If you want to keep your current modded particle.txd, you can simply
import and replace cloud1, cloudmasked and cloudhigh.png in your particle.txd
* You don't have to do this but I would recommend you to compress all 3
of those textures with DXT5 compression for smaller file size
5. Set your game brightness to 4 bars or 5 bars if you prefer your game
darker/brighter. This is an important step or else your game would be overly bright
or too dark.
* Turn off default aliasing from in game options btw. ENB already has an anti
aliasing called 'EdgeAA'
6. Assuming your game doesn't crash and everything is fine, then you are done
Press SHIFT+ENTER to open the in game editor and SHIFT+F12 to disable/enable ENB.

Windows 8/10 Users:
*If you guys are crashing with this ENB and your are on Windows 10, here's a trick
I got it to work at least for me.
2. Then delete gta_sa.set from your Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\ folder.
3. Then run marty mcfly's crash fix .bat. You can run either of them, but the one
with _SP just starts up singleplayer
and _RUN_AS_ADMIN starts up SAMP after it has completed.

Game stuttering:
If ENB says your game is running at 70 fps but it feels like its running at 30 fps,
set waitbusyrenderer to true in enblocal.
This would be your actual fps, not the bullshit ENB was saying before.
Or if you don't want to go that route, you can always set your FPSLimit in enblocal
to an average fps your game is running at,
so that there won't be as big of a fps drop, which should help eliminate some
stuttering

Faster ALT + TAB Trick:
If you want to ALT + TAB between the game and other applications faster or you
don't want to hit ESC everytime you ALT + TAB,
change this in enblocal.ini
ForceBorderless=false
ForceBorderlessFullscreen=false
to
ForceBorderless=true
ForceBorderlessFullscreen=true

2DFX:
If you are using 2DFX, you MUST disable DrawDistanceChanger. In order to do this,
find the line called 'Enable' under [DrawDistanceChanger] in SALodLights.ini
and set the value to 0. This way it can properly use the draw distance I specified
in the timecycle. You can leave other parameters in the .ini as is.
If it is set to 1, 2DFX will overwrite my draw distance in my timecycle.
BUT
If you wanna specify your own draw distance, you can always use 2DFX draw distance
changer to do so.
