To Join Merchant Navy as a Deck Cadet you can either do DNS or BSC.
We'll be telling you about how you can join Merchant Navy by doing DNS
First of all you need more than 60% in PCM and in English, but to be on a safer side try to get more than 70%
because some companies ask for more than 65% so if you want to go in a good company try to get more than
70%
Once you have this, fill the form of the company in which you wanna go
After filling the form you will receive a mail from the company regarding the exam (online or offline ).
Once you clear the Exam , Company will call you for the interview.
Clear the interview and take sponsorship.
Give IMUCET exam and clear that with good rank, Try to get yourself in top 40%.
After which you will give 2nd mates exams and you will be a 3rd officer.
Medically you have to be fit and you should have 6/6 eye sight.
