testing phase of our system Thesis project, Mobile-Based Tricycle Feedback System,
which marks a critical milestone in its development. Over the past few months, our team
has worked diligently to design and implement a solution aimed at providing the Isabela
City Licensing Office, in Isabela City with an automated system for the management of
passenger experience feedback as they commute the city using tricycle.

As we proceed with this next stage, the focus will be on ensuring that the system
functions effectively and meets all outlined requirements through comprehensive
testing. This phase is crucial for assessing the system’s performance, identifying
potential issues, and gathering feedback from users like you. Your participation and
insights will be instrumental in refining the system before its final deployment.

Objective of the Testing Phase:

The primary objective of the testing phase is to identify and address any issues or bugs
that may affect system performance, functionality, or user experience. To accomplish
this, we will be conducting various types of testing, including:

 Unit Testing: To ensure that individual components of the system function as


expected.
 Integration Testing: To verify that the different modules of the system work
seamlessly together.
 User Acceptance Testing (UAT): To evaluate the system from the perspective
of the end user.
 Performance Testing: To measure the system’s responsiveness and stability
under various conditions.
