Making scrambled eggs is quick and easy!

Here's how you can do it:

Ingredients:
 2-3 eggs (per person)
 Salt and pepper (to taste)
 1-2 tbsp of butter or oil
 Optional: milk or cream (1 tbsp per egg for creamier texture)
Steps:
1. Crack the eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl, one at a time.
2. Whisk the eggs: Use a fork or whisk to beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are fully
combined. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. If you want creamier scrambled eggs,
you can also add a little milk or cream at this stage.
3. Heat the pan: Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan on medium-low heat. Add the butter
or oil and let it melt and coat the bottom of the pan.
4. Add the eggs: Pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Let them sit for a moment, then use a
spatula to gently stir them in a circular motion, scraping the cooked eggs from the edges
back into the center.
5. Scramble: Continue to stir gently and occasionally, making sure to cook the eggs evenly.
If you prefer your eggs soft and slightly runny, stop when they’re still a little creamy. For
firmer scrambled eggs, keep stirring until fully set.
6. Serve: Once your scrambled eggs are cooked to your liking, remove them from the heat
and serve immediately.
