1. Introduction
This method statement provides a detailed plan for the safe and efficient demolition of
flooring, ceiling & partitions. Various items (VI) flooring, ceiling & partitions. The objective of
this method statement is to highlight the step-by-step procedures, safety measures, and
equipment requirements necessary to carry out demolition activities.

2. Scope
The scope of this method statement covers the demolition of flooring, ceiling & partitions
within a specified area. It includes the removal of aboveground components, disconnection
of utilities, and the safe disposal of demolished materials.

2.1. Pre-demolition Planning:


Before commencing any demolition work, thorough planning is essential. The following
steps will be undertaken:
