INNOVATION CELL REPORT – 2024-2025

According to the guidelines set forth by Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education, Government
of India, the Innovation Council (IC) of the RRASE College of Engineering, Commerce, and Arts
was formed in 2020-21. The goal of the innovation cell is to provide a full ecosystem that will support
the innovation culture of educational institutions from idea development to pre- incubation,
incubation, and graduation as successful start-ups. Additionally, the innovation cell will establish a
ranking system to identify institutions leading the way in innovation.

Our student body's creative energy is encouraged by the innovation cell to work on fresh concepts
and innovations, and it is promoted to form start-ups and entrepreneurial endeavors.

VISION

To Establish creativity, critical thinking, idea generation, and entrepreneurial capacities


among students and faculty in order to translate their unique ideas into prospective enterprises for societal
advancement.

MISSION

1.To Establish an innovative culture within the institute.


2.To create laboratories, infrastructure, and mentoring to students in order to prepare
them for national/international hackathons/championships.
3.To Establish multidisciplinary connections, research, and innovation.
4.To make better students' communication, business, management, leadership, team spirit,
and complex problem solving skills.
5.TO Raise awareness of intellectual property rights and promote their enforcement.

INNOVATION CELL FUNCTIONS

1.To carry out a variety of innovation- and entrepreneurship-related tasks as


directed by Central MIC in a timely manner.

2.Create a mentor pool for student innovators and schedule recurring workshops,
seminars, and encounters with business owners, financiers, and experts.

3.Network with national organizations that promote entrepreneurship.

4.Create an institution's innovation portal to showcase creative ideas completed by


the teachers and students of the institution.

5.Find innovations, recognize them, and share success stories

6.With industry participation, hold hackathons, idea competitions, mini-challenges, etc.
