I am a student at Pwani University undertaking a degree in Bachelor of commerce. My


Identification no is 41461939.I applied for helb loan back last year but I haven’t received it, the
disbursement is zero, I kindly need your assistance since I have not received my first semester
loans and my second semester loan. Currently am struggling to settle my bills here in school and
also the school fees in particular. Kindly help because my exams are starting on date 29th April and
am not aware if I will be allowed to do the exam.I am kindly requesting for your help
