Ito po yung process of customizing SAP CRM to align sa specific business


requirements ng isang organization.

This includes:

1. Customized CRM Solution Development


- Dito po dinedevelop ung mga unique functionalities or features na hindi
fully supported ng SAP CRM Standards. Using programming languages po
like ABAP or Advanced Business Application Programming, makakacreate
po tayo ng mga:
✔ Custom CRM reports para sa sales at customer insights
Advanced Business Application Programming - SAP's primary
programming language used for developing custom applications, reports,
and modifications in SAP systems.
Example: May small bank na nag develop ng custom loan tracking
system within SAP CRM using ABAP. Para matulungan ung bank
employees to track loan applications, and automate status updates ng
mga customer kaya narereduce ung time nila sa work since may system
na ginagamit imbis manual.
2. CRM Integration Interface Development
- This involves the development of interfaces para magkaroon ng smooth
data exchange between SAP CRM and external systems. This ensures na
smooth ung pagintegrate ng SAP CRM sa ibang enterprise system like
ERP, or third-party applications.
Example: Nike integrated SAP CRM sa kanilang online store, to ensure na
nattrack po ng customers ung orders nila real time, and na aautomate ng
system ung updates ng inventory para malaman yung stock availability ng

the service appointment feature. Gumamit sila ng BAdIs to send
automated SMS reminders sa mga customers about their scheduled car
service, para hindi nila ma kalimutan ung appointments nila.

4. CRM Form Development


- This involves allowing companies to design yung documents nila like
invoices, contracts and service orders na align sa kanilang branding and
standards. Gumagamit sila ng tools to design like:
✔ SAP Smart Forms
✔ SAP Adobe Forms
- Ito yung mga Tools used to design and print documents like invoices,
contracts, and reports directly from SAP.
Example: A small manufacturing company needed invoices in
different languages for international clients. Using SAP Smart Forms,
they customized invoice templates in English, French, and German,
ensuring clear communication and compliance with local regulations.
5. CRM Workflow Configuration
- Para maging mas efficient yung CRM Processes since inoautoamte ng
Workflow Configuration ung mga processes like approvals, task
assignments, and notifications using:
✔ SAP Business Workflow – para sa structured process automation
✔ SAP Cloud Platform Workflow – para sa cloud-based workflow
management
Example: Halimbawa, may customer complaint na kailangang ma-
resolve ASAP. Gamit ang SAP Business Workflow, automatic poong ma-
aassign sa tamang department yung complaint based sa urgency at
customer type, para mas mabilis ang response sa pagsolve nung problem.
6. CRM Data Migration Programs
- Since important step sa digital transformation is ang pag migrate ng
legacy customer data into SAP CRM. In data migration programs,
gumgamit po ng tools dito para ma ensures na smooth ung migration like:
✔ LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) – A tool that moves
data from old systems (like Excel or older CRMs) into SAP.
✔ Intermediate Documents (IDocs) – Used for bulk migration of
orders, invoices, and transactions.

Example: PepsiCo used LSMW to transfer customer records from an


old CRM to SAP CRM.
