1. Since Jan’23 with Armstrong Dematic as Project Manager

• Currently working on E2E Automation projects for Hindustan Unilever Limited (Samadhan Project),
Hatsun Agro, Al Marai (UAE), Dilmah Tea, DHL, Coca Cola as Project Manager for sorting, conveying,
ASRS (HDPS) systems, Robotic Palletizers, RGV’s & AMR’s.
• Successfully delivered multiple projects from order finalization to commissioning as per cost and
scheduled baselines. Managed team size of over 90+ team members of 180 Cr. Worth 8-Projects.
• Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource
deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects

• Project Manager for the turnkey setup and insourcing of Industrial Aerosol Manufacturing plant for
Engage Industries (capacity 2000 cans per hour)
• Support manufacturing processes line changes including outsourcing, machining, assembly, and
production test to ensure product quality needs are met to develop a repeatable, cost-effective
manufacturing process.

• Led the insourcing of Wood Working to Pune for Steelcase India. The project includes complete setup of
new greenfield facility, selection and buying of equipment for processing, finalizing the layout and process
flow along with the PD&L of worktops through the Project vault system.
• Led the setup 3 chair lines along with the project management and PD&L through the Project vault
system.
• Leading the packaging design activity for all the existing and newly launched products.
• Annual Capex planning and timely readiness (Techno-Commercials and Installation-commissioning) for
required volumes.
• Manufacturing Engineering readiness for New Products introduction as per requirement of Project Vault.
• Timely approval of Manufacturing readiness reviews with Global Manufacturing team (USA) for New
product introduction.
