• Any revisions after the start of work may incur extra charges.
Work Timeline:
• The total project duration is 65 working days from the start date.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as client-side issues or force majeure, will
extend the timeline proportionally.
Payment Terms:
Scope of Warranty:
• The company provides a 6-month support period from the date of project completion
for any issues related to workmanship or materials used in the project.
• Post the 6-month support period, the company is not liable for any defects or issues that
arise.
• Misuse or Natural Disasters: Damages arising from improper use, accidents, or natural
calamities such as earthquakes, floods, or storms.
• External Factors: Issues caused by external conditions beyond the company’s control,
such as vandalism or third-party interventions.
Product-Specific Warranty:
• Warranty claims for products such as plywood, electrical wires, or lighting fixtures must
be registered and handled by the customer directly with the manufacturer.
• The company will not be responsible for product warranty claims after the 6-month
support period.
Support Period:
• During the 6-month support period, any defects related to workmanship will be
addressed by the company at no additional cost, provided the issue does not fall under
the exclusions mentioned above.
• The company will not charge for labor or minor adjustments during this period unless
additional materials or replacements are required.
Post-Warranty Maintenance:
• After the 6-month support period, any maintenance or repair services required will be
chargeable.
• The company may provide paid assistance upon request, subject to availability.
Client Responsibility:
• The client is responsible for registering product warranties with the respective
manufacturers, where applicable.
• Proper care and maintenance of all items are essential to ensure durability and longevity.
Warranty Voidance:
• Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with the installed work will void
the warranty.
• Failure to follow proper usage and maintenance guidelines provided by the company
may also void the warranty.
Documentation:
• The client should retain all receipts, warranty cards, and project completion documents
for future reference.
• Proper masking and post-completion cleaning are included in the quoted price.
• The site will be handed over in a clean and usable condition.

Work Suspension:
• Work may be paused if payments are delayed or if access to the site is restricted.
• The company is not responsible for delays resulting from client-side issues or payment defaults.
Cancellation Policy:
• In the event of project cancellation after commencement, refunds will be calculated based on
the percentage of work completed and material used.

Acceptance of Terms:
• By confirming the quotation and making the initial payment, the client agrees to the above
terms and conditions.
• This agreement is binding and ensures mutual understanding and smooth execution of the
