APPOINTMENT LETTER

We are pleased to offer you the position of Site Supervisor at Picasona Enterprises.
Your monthly Gross Salary will be Rs14, 242/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty Two),
only for the first four months and then your monthly Gross Salary will be Rs. 16, 437/-(Rupees Sixteen
Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven) along with other applicable benefits as per company policy.
Your leave entitlement and other benefits will be governed by the company’s applicable policies. No leave is
permitted during the probation period (first three months). Any leave taken without approval will be
considered absent, and if absenteeism is excessive, the company may take appropriate action.
4. Probation Period
Your employment with the company shall commence with an initial probationary period of three (3)
months, starting from your date of joining. During this probation period, your performance, conduct, and
overall suitability for the role will be assessed by the company.
Upon successful completion of the probation period and subject to satisfactory performance, your
employment will be confirmed in writing.
During the probation period, either party may terminate the employment by providing [mention the
notice period, e.g., one week’s notice] or payment in lieu thereof, unless otherwise specified by company
policies or statutory requirements.
5. Responsibilities and Obligations
6. Transferability
As per business requirements and project demands, you may be transferred to any department, branch,
office, or project site anywhere in India.
7. Working Hours
You are expected to maintain a professional and cooperative attitude toward colleagues, clients,
and stakeholders.
You must adhere to company protocols regarding communication, reporting, and escalation of
issues.
You are required to keep yourself updated with industry best practices and attend any mandatory
training sessions as directed by the management.
9. Loss of Lien
If an employee remains absent from work without obtaining prior permission from the company for
more than eight (8) consecutive days, it shall be considered as abandonment of employment. In
such a case, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment automatically, without
issuing any further notice or intimation to the employee. The company shall not be obligated to
provide any additional warning, show cause notice, or disciplinary hearing before proceeding
with such termination. Any failure on the part of the employee to report to work within the
specified period shall be deemed as a voluntary resignation from employment. Additionally, in the
event of unauthorized absence, any pending dues, salary, or benefits may be withheld as per the
company’s policies and applicable legal provisions. The employee shall have no claim over
reinstatement, compensation, or any other benefits once termination due to loss of lien has been
effected. However, in exceptional circumstances where the employee can provide a valid
justification for their absence along with supporting documents, the company may, at its sole
discretion, consider reviewing the case before finalizing the termination decision.
10. Disciplinary Action
Any misconduct, violation of company policies or behaviour harmful to the company’s interests may lead to
disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
Contract of Employment requires one month notice from either side or Salary in lieu thereof. However,
project-based employees are required to remain in service until the completion of the assigned project
unless a suitable replacement is provided and approved by the management.
You must serve the stipulated notice period and complete all handover formalities before your final
settlement. Failure to do so may result in withholding of dues as per company policy.
You are required to comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations pertaining to
your role and responsibilities within the company. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to national
and local laws, industry-specific regulations, company policies, and ethical standards that apply to your
work. You must ensure that your actions, both during and after work, are in accordance with the laws of the
land, and that you do not engage in any activities that may lead to legal violations or compromise the
integrity of the company. Any violation of applicable laws or company policies, whether intentional or
unintentional, will be taken seriously and may result in immediate termination of employment. The
company has the right to take disciplinary action against any employee who fails to comply with legal or
regulatory requirements, including civil or criminal prosecution if necessary. Additionally, if you are made
aware of any legal issues or risks that may affect the company, you are required to immediately report such
matters to the management or designated legal department. This includes compliance matters such as tax
laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and labor laws. Failure to comply with
these requirements not only jeopardizes the reputation and legal standing of the company but also subjects
you to severe consequences, including the possibility of legal action against you personally, depending on
the severity of the violation.
Employees hired on a project basis must remain in service until the completion of the assigned project.
The detailed conditions are as follows:
Employees must be aware of the project’s timeline and scope and ensure timely completion of tasks.
If an employee wishes to resign before project completion, they must provide an approved
replacement or continue working until the project is completed, as per company directives.
If an employee leaves before project completion without alternative arrangements, the company may
take legal action.
Any absenteeism that disrupts project progress may result in administrative and disciplinary action by
the company.
14. Company Property and Equipment
During your employment, you may be provided with certain tools, equipment, or company property necessary for
performing your duties. You are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding these items. Upon termination of your
employment, you must return all company property in good condition.
You shall be provided with travel allowances as per company policy. This will include transport, accommodation,
and other necessary expenses as approved by the company. Specific conditions will be outlined depending on your
assignment.
