Answer
Hi, My is Lannen Liu. I am 17 and from Prince George, British Columbia. I am attending Prince George
School and working part-time. In my free time I participate in my school's Esports club, play school an

More in depth:
I live mostly with my father, step-mother and half-sister and attend Prince George Secondary. Other t

Both school and and local community has always been welcoming and friendly.

when I start looking for a job I usually start looking at locally posted job boards, Facebook pages and v
doesn't present the variety of jobs I am interested in or qualified for I look at websites such as Indeed,
From there I will go to company websites I know I am interested in and apply directly through them.

My biggest strength is my problem solving. I always excelled in subjects like math and physics and fou
challenging but fun. I often find myself trying to find new, more efficenient ways to do things and alw
challenges.

My dream is to work in Aerospace as an Engineering project Lead for a leading aircraft manufacturer l

After i achieve my bachelor's in mechanical engineering concentrating in Aerospace I will apply for job
local manufacturers in my province. I will work up from that smaller company and make more of nam
by applying my problem solving skills and hard work. After a few years getting a promotion then slow
for project lead jobs at more reputable manufactures, such as Airbus and Lockheed Martin.
I have spent many volunteering and participating in PGSS's Esports club. I joined the club in 2020 w
school and within a year I was already an active member. I started to volunteer my lunches and after

I started working part-time at McDonald's in the summer of 2022 and have continued working there
12 to 16 hours a week. McDonald's is a fast-paced environment that requires its workers to be quick o
to manage my time and keep organized while working quickly. We have a model that we keep in mind
make-it promise. We strive to make it fast, make it right and make it special trying our best to give th
service possible.

In my free time, I am often found playing video games with friends, programming in Python or play
programming I am always faced with difficult puzzles and problems I solve using my skills and someti
using these skills I continue to work on and improve a small project. I also am an active member of PG
team. We participated in PlayVS, an online league that allowed us to compete with other schools alon
Columbia and the U.S. I was selected as the captain of the PlayVS, which was both an honour and a ch
captain, I was responsible for other members, devising strategies and offering guidance. I led our team
placing first and allowing us to compete against schools across all of North America.

Being a part of PGSS's volleyball team was a great experience. Practice was often intense and mad
helped me stay physically active but also helped me build resilience and a stronger work ethic. During

mental fortitude, as we were often under pressure when playing in high-stakes games. Being on the v

High school presented me with many challenges that tested my resilience and ability to adapt. One
was adjusting to the difficulty of classes. In primary school the work was easy and I found it hard to fo

creating my version of the notes. I also had a small support system of friends and teachers who helpe

I have always been interested in puzzles and problem solving. I was intrigued when I discovered engin
careers in my grade 7 year. I took notice of it at the time but my intrest peaked in physics 11 when pa

I come from a family of separated parents, both of whom have modest incomes. My parents are suppo
and although you they do their best, their combined income is not sufficient to cover the full cost of m
tuition, there are various other expenses such as books, housing, and transportation that add up, mak
