22 I.CALL TO ORDER
23 At exactly 8:30 in the morning, the Hon. Fe M. Tiro, Punong Barangay and Presiding
24 Officer called the 24TH regular session to order.

26 II.PRELIMINARIES AND ROLL CALL
27 Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Rodolfo R. Baldomir led the prayer. After which,
28 SK Chairman Trisha Mae Pasion, led the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Pinili
29 Hymn. Ms. Marivic B. Madarang, Barangay Secretary, called the roll and reported to the
30 chairperson that all 9 members were present.

32 The Chairman declared the presence of the quorum, who further declared that the body
33 could transact business officially.

35 III.READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION:
36 The Barangay Secretary read the minutes of the meeting, dated November 11, 2024.
37 After reading the minutes, the Sangguniang Barangay Members carefully reviewed and amend
38 the previous minutes. After which Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Conrado B. Madarang
39 moved that the minutes of the previous meeting be APPROVED with all the corrections made
40 and it was duly seconded and unanimously approved by the members of the august body.

42 IV.COMMITTEE REPORTS:
43 Hon. Perlito C. Palacay reported to the Chairman and august body that the Barangay
44 ordinance Curfew hour is not being properly implemented in the barangay. Residents from
45 neighboring barangay Garnaden, Nueva Era are being caught in the barangay during curfew
46 hours. He then requested to Punong Barangay Hon. Fe M. Tiro to inform the Barangay Chairman
47 of Garnaden, Nueva Era to discussed this matther to them.

49 V.DISTRICT/ SBM REPORT:

52 VI. PUNONG BARANGAY REPORT:
53 The Punong Barangay Hon. Fe M. Tiro informed the body that the barangay got 20 th
54 place in the contest for Big Parole in the Municipality of Pinili. She thanked the cooperation of
55 the body especially Barangay Treasurer Ms. Charlene G. Baldugo in initiating and mentoring the
56 said activity.

58 VII. BUSINESS OF THE DAY:
59 The Punong Barangay discussed about the Childrens Month Celebration. The different
60 activities in the Municipality of Pinili Seminar, Trainings, Symposium of the Local Government
61 Unit of pinili.
