SOLVED: How To IfUpgrade Windows

you try to convert Server
/ upgrade Windows 2022
Server Evaluation
Evaluation to a licensed
full edition using the normal command line or the CHANGE KEY GUI,
to Full Edition
you will see errors like: The product key you entered didn’t work,

Fortunately, there is an easy fix. You have to change Windows Server

Eval editions to a production licensed versions of Standard or Data
Center:

1. Launch a PowerShell as an Administrator

2. Type dism /online /get-currentedition and press ENTER
3. Type dism /online /get-targeteditions and press ENTER
4. Type dism /online /set-edition:serverstandard /productkey:<KEY-KEY-KEY-KEY-KEY>
/accepteula and press ENTER
