Energrease LS-EP 00
Semi-fluid Gear Grease
Description
Energrease LS-EP 00 is a high-quality, lithium-based grease, incorporating solvent-refined oils. It contains an anti-wear
additive, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, which help to ensure long service life of the grease and a high level of protection
for metal surfaces.
Application
Energrease LS-EP 00 has been designed for the lubrication of gearboxes and geared motors that require a semi-fluid grease,
as well as for plain bearings rolling bearings and sliding surfaces. This grease forms a resilient lubricating film able to
withstand high pressures at high temperatures and high rotating speeds. The EP properties of this grease ensure minimum
mechanical wear, and, together with its water-resistance and anti-corrosion capacity, lead to a high level of equipment protection.
In gearboxes and geared motors this grease ensures effective sealing, reduced noise levels and provides during shut-down,
a thick film of lubricant to inhibit corrosion and prevent 'dry' start-up.
When used in centralized lubrication systems, Energrease LS-EP 00 shows very good flow and de-compression properties,
yielding excellent performance, even in long pipelines and at very low temperature levels. Gearboxes and geared motors can
be found in a variety of applications and industries. The operating temperatures range from -35 °C to 120 °C.
