The mission statement of the company is inline with my values so why not being a part of it.

No two jobs are alike and you never do exactly the same work. I have the ability to learn quickly.

Stressful situations are a learning and challenging experience.

I changed jobs. I needed a more challenging job.

I can finish work ahead of time.

I am very hard on myself. I am always expecting myself to do a little bit more.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?
I can do this this is confidence. No one can do this except me this is over confidence.
What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
Hard work is based on your physical efforts while smart work is brain work.
How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
By frank, I would like to enjoy the nights and weekends with my family and dear friends. But if
my presence is necessary I will definitely do my work.
Are you willing to relocate or travel?
If you monthly permit 3days leave except weekends. I am willing to travel.
What motivates you to do good job?
Freedom, sense of recognition, self-satisfaction.
What makes you angry?
People who are irresponsible and negligent at work.
Give me an example of your creativity.
Creativity means smart work and ideas. Ex:- I convince other's easily by motivating them.
What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?
Toughest challenge would be dealing with snitches, and you know snitches get stitches.
What changes would you make if you came on board?
I will bring to the position my personal qualities of commitment, initiatives and enthusiasm.
What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you think it stinks?
Yes Boss, I think it's a great idea, what do you think would be the drawbacks.
Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work?
Today's destiny are decided by past performance. I am always trying to do my best to achieve
good position.
Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?
You are not only hiring employee from outside, you are hiring new ideas, new talent, innovation.
How do you feel about reporting to a younger person?
I am an adaptive person, I have no young and older. I respecting all the people who have to
deserve it.
Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?
I just want to learn from my past mistakes so I can improve my present & future.
