1 Rubber cone must be put around the aircraft. Put the fire extinguisher at each end of the wing 2 tip and person must be ready or standby at all times. Check fuel from water contamination using color 3 code paste and foreign body contamination by visual check. It is forbidden to smoke and use mobile phones 4 during the refueling process. Ensure there is no smoke/fire appear in area 5 within 50 feet radius from refueling activity. Attach the bonding cable between the drum and 6 fuselage and the funnel filter. Check the cleanliness of refueling equipment such 7 as hand pumps, funnel filters, hoses, from contamination with oil, grease and dust. Refueling from the drum to the aircraft tank using 8 a hand pump, the amount of fuel filling is measured with a dipstick. 9 Put the ladder in front of the wing. 10 Open the fuel caps slowly and carefully. 11 Check fuel quantity with the fuel dipstick. 12 Put the fuel funnel into the fuel tanks. 13 Put the fuel nozzle into the fuel tank hole. 14 Give clue for refueller. After all ready, start refueling the aircraft as 15 necessary. 16 After finish, release the fuel hose and fuel funnel. Close fuel cap slowly and make sure its closed and 17 locked. Release the ladder, grounding cable and fuel 18 drum/barrel from the aircraft. If using a vehicle for refueling, then position the 19 vehicle safely and turn off the engine during the refueling process. Record all refueling processes in the fuel record 20 book/delivery receipt and MLB.
