CENTER RULES

THIS IS A COMMUNITY SPACE


 Be kind and show respect to both members and visitors.
 Try to give more to the quality of the space than you take from it.
 Let us know when something needs fixing or improving!
 Clean up, do your part to keep the space tidy.

NO SMOKING AND ALCOH OL PROHIBITED


 Smoke only in designated Areas.
 Carrying / consumption of alcohol within the premises is strictly
prohibited.

SECURITY
 Non-permissible / suspicious objects will not be allowed inside the
premises in the Interest of safety and security. Security Guard will check
the same in presence of Community In charge.

LAST ONE OUT? CLOSE UP OFFICE SPACE


 If you are the last person to leave, turn off the lights.
 Please shut down computers and monitors after use in the interest of
energy
Conservation.

CONSERVE
 One of the founding values of the co working movement is sustainability.
Please do your part.
 Reduce. Don't print material that could remain in digital form; turn off lights or
appliances that aren't being used, even if you didn't turn them on.
 Recycle. Try to use items more which can be recycled.
 Reuse- Try to use items and reuse it again and again.

ACCESS
The space is accessible till 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

CAFETERIA

 The cafeteria is a shared resource. There are just a few simple rules.

 If you empty it, ask to fill it.


 If you dirty it, ask to clean it.
 If you open it, ask to close it.
 If you spill it, ask to wipe it.

 SELF-SERVICE IS APPLICABLE EVERYWHERE IN AKASA, BE IT PANTRY OR


CAFETERIA.

 Put your plates in washing area and throw the left-overs and garbage in
the garbage bins.

NO POSTERS AND SIGNS


 To keep things fair and consistent for all members, please don't put up
signs or posters on exterior windows or walls.

SITTING ETIQUETTES
 Don’t place leg or shoe at table top.
 Don’t disturb the alignments of the seating arrangement.
 Plug, Play and start working.
 Eatables are not allowed in common areas and workstations.
MEETING / CONFERENCE ROOMS

 Use of Conference / Meeting room needs to be booked through the Akasa


Application. Consumption / balance of Meeting Credits may be inquired
through Community In charge. Usage over the monthly credits will be
chargeable.
 Balance credits cannot be carried forward.

SOME COMMON RULES


• Music should be played at level / can be listened to through earphones, as not to
Disturb neighbours.
• Please do not click pictures of co-workers without their consent.
• Any event / social gathering would require prior email consent of Community In
Charge.
• Please take care of your personal belongings, especially valuables. Akasa
Co working will not bear responsibility for any loss / damage.
• Use of services / amenities out of scope of the Centre, needs to be requested
Through Community In charge; the same may be time-bound and chargeable.
• Any additional installation, modification will be solely at the discretion of Akasa
And may incur charges.
• Use of premises for additional hours (beyond Centre’s working hours) needs to be
Requested through Community In charge and the same may incur additional
Charges.
• Additional Power connections (over the specified number of connections provided
Would be chargeable and the installation will be time-bound.
• Printing over the package limit will be chargeable.
• Please approach Community In charge for First-Aid help.
Extended Hours Service AKASA Noida
Night Hours
One Night (8pm to 8 am)
Prices per night INR 1500 Per seat . (Minimum 15 seats.)
Per Hour Extended Hours INR 450/hour (Minimum 15 seats.)

Sunday Usage

Housekeeping Staff will be available from 10am to


6pm.
No support staff except for security will be provided
Inclusions on Public Holidays, Sundays and beyond regular
Centre operations timings.
Wi-Fi, Printer, Power, AC shall be provided without
troubleshooting.
Beverages shall be provided.

Centre would be closed on all National Holidays i.e. 26th Jan, 15th Aug and
2nd Oct. Extended Hours Usage criteria is not applicable on these days.
