Academic English Lab (AEL) and Student Help Center (SHC)

Students are strongly encouraged to use the Academic English Lab (AEL) and the
Student Help Center (SHC) not only during the induction module but also afterwards,
until the completion of their academic studies.

The AEL is rich in resources that target the enhancement of students' English language
and academic skills. Students can choose which level or skill to engage with according
to their own individual needs.

The SHC provides important help and guidance as it includes essential information about
online learning and our VLE, our university support departments, the online library as
well as the university rules and regulations.
