ELECTION SCRIPT (and Guidelines)

Good evening, Fathers and Brothers. We will now have our Community Elections
for the 2nd semester of Formation Year 2024-2025.

But before we proceed with the election proper, allow me to go through the
guidelines which we need to observe during the conduct of this election.

1. The elections will be done through secret balloting.

2. There are three categories for the positions:

ELECTIVE, APPOINTIVE, & CONSULTATIVE.

 Coordinators for the Elective positions are chosen by the

seminarians through secret balloting.

 Coordinators for the Appointive positions are chosen by the

formators. Appointees may no longer be nominated for other
positions.

 Consultative positions are likewise elective positions, but subject

to final deliberation and confirmation by the formators.

3. Each batch will elect their respective Batch Beadles and Treasurers.

4. A seminarian may not be elected for the same position for two consecutive
school years. For the batch officers, no seminarian may be elected for the
same position for more than one semester in a given Formation Year.

5. The Sixth-year brother cannot be elected as coordinator. This is for him to

focus on his Academics and Apostolate programs.

6. May we also remind the brothers to fold the ballot once before dropping it
in the basket. // To treat the process with reverence, especially we are
inside the Chapel, please write only the name of the one you are voting for
using first name, nickname, last name, or full name basis only. Refrain
from using other remarks or unnecessary additions to the name.
7. At this point, we shall proceed with the election of the Batch Beadles and
Treasurers.

We will start with the Paracletus Brother/s. Please cast your votes for
