. Any amount in excess of 30000 to be collected from the customer before the release of the product.
. The product should be delivered only after completing the steps required for processing of the loan as mentioned in
the enclosure.
. The funded product should be delivered to the above customer only. In case there is a dispute regarding the
person/place of delivery by the subjected customer, it would be your responsibility to establish the genuineness of the
transaction within 15 days of intimation of such a dispute. Failing which the disbursed amount shall be debited from
the subsequent payments made to you.
. This is an in-principle loan approval letter only and not a final delivery order. The final approval will be given once you
follow and complete the steps mentioned below in the enclosure.
. This in-principle loan approval letter is valid for only 7 days from the date of issue.
