Ans: - He floats his paper boats.

Ans:- Someone in strange land would find them and would know who
he is.

1. How did susruta initiate the ear lobe surgery?

Ans: Susruta led the stranger to a neat and clean room with surgical
instruments on its wall. He asked him to wash his face with water and
the juice of Medicinal plant and he offered the traveler a mug of wine
and prepared for the surgery.
2. What did susruta do with the large leaf of the creeper .
Which was brought from the garden?

Ans: He measured the size of the stranger’s ear lobe

Ans: He was given the instructions on what to do and what not to do

Ans: Susruta Samhita indicates that India was far ahead of the rest of
the world in medical knowledge. It mentions various methods of cure.
It is one of the important treatises on medicine.

5.What did susruta suggest to the students of human surgery?

Ans: He told his students that one could become a good physician only
if he knew both theory and practice. He advised his pupils to use
carcasses and models for practicing surgery.
