With reference No. 6, the execution of “Change of scope work of ROW protection with RCC drain and
Paver Blocks” in the stretch of CH. 34 + 430 to CH. 34+900 on BHS is in progress. During our site visit
on 27.03.2025 in the said stretch we noticed, in the construction of two cells RCC drain use of FRP bars
is taken in Raft and Vertical Wall of the RCC drain.

As per approved COS, TMT Fe 500 steel bars in said construction is considered. So using of FRP bars in
the RCC work of drain instead of TMT Fe 500 steel bars, will lead to deduction for the cost difference of
these two materials in the Bill payment for the same.
