LIMITATION OF THE STUDY


The survey is to Kolar city only. The sample size was not large enough to represent the entire
population and limited to 100 for existing customers i.e. including individuals, business customers, internet
cafes, and STD/ISD centers.
Another 70 samples are new customers. A more intensive study would be required to arrive at exact
conclusions. The study was limited to Reliance JIO services. The survey revealed the customer satisfaction

customers are aware of the new packages. Hence the company has to

emphasis should be given to improve services.
