Your Role as a Student Success Associate

You will play a key role in guiding, mentoring, and supporting students throughout their learning
journey to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Student Support & Engagement – Address and resolve student queries in a timely manner.
✔ Mentorship & Guidance – Keep students motivated and help them stay on track.
✔ Regular Communication – Engage with students via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to monitor
progress.
✔ Data-Driven Approach – Review student engagement and modify mentorship strategies to drive
success.
✔ Referral Calling – Connect with potential students referred by existing learners and encourage
enrollment.
✔ Personalized Learning Support – Identify student strengths and provide tailored assistance.
