PROCEDURE
1. Before state the work the machine should be well cleaned including the adjacent of machine table and ensue
that there have no hard or metal objects in front of the machine or machine adjacent table

9. Thermo strip with mock-up should be placed in the middle of the machine belt and pass through the rollers of
the machine and Digital thermal Metter wire should be placed on the right and left sides of the machine and
calculated the temperature.

Working procedure of temperature check:


 A small piece of fabric and thermal strip should be placed between the testing fabric and the testing
interlining. The thermal strip reading should be oriented towards the testing fabric.

 The black square spot of maximum temperature on the thermal strip should be marked, indicating the fusing
temperature. The fuse line temperature is the temperature at which the adhesive is dot during the fusing
process. So thermal strip, fabric and interlining should be kept in between for proper sizing.

Fusing bond strength Check methodology
 The fusing sample fabric is 5 cm. Cut wide.

 The outer fabric should be folded and sewn into a loop or punched so that the spring balance can be
inserted into the hook, loop or hole.

does not tear within that time according to the strength given in the data sheet then the strength is correct.
