Before Login to e-procurement portal user needs to clear cache and Temp files in java cache
viewer
• Cache files
• Temporary file
• Clear the browser history.
You can select all cache files at once through ctrl+ A short cut key and remove /clear the
temporary files

If the user receives the Java error message "Application blocked by Java security" when
attempting to log into the e-procurement portal then follow the instructions in
"Adding e-procurement portal URL in Java and Necessary settings" (Refer Page No 2.)
If the Java Applet Signer didn't launch or display the DSC certificate after you logged into the e-
procurement portal, add the local host settings in your browser by following the instructions
below.
The DSC certificate will be shown up in the java applet signer after the launch of local host as
shown in fig.
After inserting the DSC key into the USB port of the computer run the executable file and install
the device drivers by following the instructions below
Go to "This PC" or "My computer” , in order to install the DSC drivers click on them and
launch or run the "setup.exe" file as shown in fig.
Upon installing the DSC drivers on a computer, kindly log in to the DSC token.
Click on start or windows button
Search for the DSC Token icon
Click and open the DSC TOKEN app
Once the DSC drivers are installed on a computer, the certificate will show up in the
applet signer.
Whenever user encounters “Login Failure Please retry” after entering the user id and
password in e-procurement portal follow the instructions that are shown in “To Clear Browser
History in Chrome” (Refer Page No.11)
To update the renewed DSC in e procurement portal follow the steps which are as shown in
below
After log in to e-procurement portal if the pop up message reads as “Your digital
signature is expired to update renewed DSC please click here” Click on the link to
update your renewed DSC certificate
When user clicks on the link , java console will run the program and applet signer
fetches the New DSC certificate
Whenever user finds any difficulties related to java and DSC certificate, follow the
instructions that are provided in “Adding e-procurement portal URL in Java and
Necessary settings”{Refer Page No.2}
Select the new renewed DSC certificate and click on Authenticate button to update
Click on “Register” button to register the new renewed DSC certificate in e procurement
portal
Once the renewed DSC certificate is updated in e procurement portal click on HOME
button
Select the new renewed DSC certificate which is updated to the user profile and continue
the tendering activities
