Promotes Equality
Wearing fresh, neat and complete Uniforms (not old, worn out or dirty)
contributes to a positive portrayal of the student’s and the school’s
image and promotes self confidence. They create a lasting impression
and reflect the School’s values and standards.
• Provide students, parents and staff with guidelines regarding our school
uniform.
• Set out the responsibilities of various groups in maintaining school uniform
standards.
Policy Statements
Scope
• EuroSchool has a uniform dress code that allows students to safely engage in the
many and varied school activities.
• Students are expected to wear the correct school uniform at all times and to wear
the uniform in a manner that projects a positive image of self and the school in
the community.
• Where to purchase?- The uniform purchase option is available on WebGenie.
• How many to buy?- We recommend 3 sets of Regular Uniform, 2 sets of Sports
Uniform, 1 Formal Shirt to be purchased by the parent every year. This includes 2
pairs each of regular socks and sports socks with a pair of school shoes, and one
school jacket/ hoodie.
• How should my child’s uniform appear? Students are expected to be well turned
out in a pair of freshly washed, ironed, neat and complete uniform of the
appropriate size at all times. The term ‘Complete’ uniform extends to the school
socks, school shoes and school jacket. Uniform that has become too small, too
tight etc is strongly discouraged.
• Personal Grooming and Hygiene: A daily shower, neat grooming of the hair,
cutting of nails as personal grooming and hygiene measures are equally important
and expected. Students are NOT allowed to use makeup, colour their hair for
fashion or wear colourful accessories, to respect the objective of uniforms.
• Students are not allowed to wear any other alternative or additional clothing
other than the specified uniform without written permission, that maybe given
only in exceptional cases as allowed by the Coordinator/ Principal.
• If there is genuine reason for a student to be without the correct uniform for a
short period of time a written note from a parent is required with an explanation
for due consideration by the Coordinator/ Principal.
• Each class will have a uniform committee and the leader of the committee being
the class teacher will check the students on a daily basis.
• Persistent breaches of Uniform guidelines by a student will be reported to the
respective Coordinators who will address/ correct the same. Repeated disrespect
to uniform guidelines despite being addressed at the Coordinator’s level will
attract disciplinary action.

UNIFORM ORDERING MANUAL
Section 1: How to Place a New order
• To place an order for Uniforms from your WebGenie app navigate to ‘e-Store’
module.
• Select the Uniform category and you’ll see all items listed under uniform
products.
Click on any product to view its details. You can select the appropriate size
required for your child and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. The cart
symbol on the top right corner of your screen will get updated. Click on the
Cart icon to view the items added by you.
On My Cart page you’ll see the products selected by you and on clicking the
Quantity drop-down you select the number of pieces which you’ll be
purchasing. Click on ‘Check out’ button to proceed to next page.
After check out you’ll need to enter your full residential address and
contact details (Phone no. & Email) to get your current order delivered
to you. Based on your WebGenie profile the address will be
automatically fetched. If you need to update the address then clear the
fields and enter your new address (which will be only considered for
your current order in the e-Store). Once all the fields are filled up then
click on the button ‘DELIVER TO THIS ADDRESS’ to proceed to the next
page.
At the Payment summary page you’ll see the Total Amount of your order,
click on the button ‘PROCEED TO PAY’. You’ll now arrive at the Paytm’s
payment gateway page where you can make the payment for your order
using the available payment modes. On successful payment you’ll be
redirected to the e-Store module in your WebGenie app.
Section 2: How to Return and order or use help
In ‘My Orders’ option you can view the orders which are successfully
placed through WebGenie app. Help button will be enabled for all
Delivered orders ONLY for seven (7) days from the date of the delivery. If
you need any help (Missing Item/ Wrong Item/ Wrong Size/ Damaged
Item/ Exchange Size) regarding any specific order then click on ‘Help >’
option.
Select the item for which you need the help and then click on ‘Exchange/ Return’
1. Missing Item
Click on ‘Missing Item’ if any of the items has not arrived in your
delivery. You’ll get a pop up mentioning your item will be delivered
to you. Click on confirm to proceed.
2. Wrong Item
Click on ‘Wrong Size’ when you have received a wrong size of the
uniform. For example you ordered “size 4” but received “size 8” for
socks. You’ll get a pop up with message your item will be delivered to
you. Click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed.
4. Damaged Item
Click on ‘Damaged Item’ when any of the items which you have
received is damaged. On next page Enter your comment regarding
damaged item and click on the add image icon below the text box &
add product photos. Upload the photo of the damaged item from your
phone and click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed.
5. Exchange Size
Click on ‘Exchange Size’ when you want to exchange the uniform due to the
size of it and you want to get a new size uniform. For example you have
ordered a Jacket with size 26 and it doesn’t fit your child and you want to get
size 28. On next page you’ll need to select a new size and click on ‘Confirm’
to proceed.
Summary Screen:
When you use any help option and click on Confirm button to proceed, at last you’ll get a
summary screen with the items to be delivered and returned. Click on ‘Proceed to
confirm address’ on next page you’ll need to enter your full residential address and
contact details (Phone no. & Email) to get your order delivered to you. Based on your
WebGenie profile the address will be automatically fetched, if you need to update the
address then clear the fields and enter your new address (which will be only considered
for your current order in the e-Store). Once all fields are filled up then click on the button
‘CONFIRM ADDRESS’ to proceed to the next page. Your help request for the order will be
shared with the School.
Section 3: How to track an order
To track your order click on the My Orders option and go to the specific
order. You’ll now see the Order Status page, click on the ‘Track Order>’
link for all orders that are in Dispatched status. It will redirect you to the
webpage of the delivery partner where you can see the tracking details of
your order.
Section 4: How to download Invoice & Receipt
To download the Invoice or Receipt of your order, you’ll need to go to the
‘My Orders’ option from e-Store. Click on any order to see the details of
that particular order.
Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of your screen, you’ll get the
option to download the Invoice and Receipt of that particular order. When
you click on any of the option ‘Invoice’ or ‘Receipt’, the PDF for same will be
downloaded on your phone.
Following are samples of the Invoice (Tax Invoice) and Receipt (Order
Confirmation Copy). Please note Invoice will be available for the orders
which are either Dispatched or Delivered.
FAQs
Q1. Where can I order the Uniform?
Ans: Through Webgenie
Q4. My payment is deducted but have not received the order confirmation.
Ans: Wait for 24 hours for the same to be updated. If the order is successful,
it will be updated in the app & if not then you will get the refund from the
Bank, within 7 days.
Q5. I made a double payment by mistake. Please let me know how & when I
will get the refund.
Ans: Please share both the transaction details with the school team
(Accountant). Post that the refund will be done in 2 working days.
Q6. I have the delivery but now I am not able to exchange the same through
Webgenie.
Ans: Check the delivery date, if more than 7 days have lapsed since the
delivery date, then the exchange is not possible through Webgenie. In this
case, the parent has to visit the school & request for exchange with the
Admin or Store Manager. If the delivery date is within 7 days and you are still
facing a challenge, then please contact the Uniform support centre.
Q7. I ordered the exchange 3 days ago still no pickup has been done
Ans: Please contact the Uniform support centre.
Q8. The exchange order pickup is done, but I still have not received the new
order.
Ans: Please contact the Uniform support centre.
Q9. I want to know the exchange policy & process.
Ans: Please download the same from Webgenie or contact the store or admin
manager at school.
Q11. When I am trying to process the Exchange, it shows SKU is out of stock
what to do?
Ans: Please contact the Uniform support centre.
Q13. I have received the exchange uniform but need to exchange again. Can
we do it?
Ans: Yes, exchange can be done multiple times, the same way as the earlier
standard exchange process, but within 7 days of the delivery.
Q14. I have received the uniform and the quality is poor the color or elastic or
such is faded/ faulty, what to do next?
Ans: Regret the inconvenience caused. Please visit the school & handover the
uniform to the store or admin manager. You will get the new uniform at the
earliest.
Q15. My child is a girl & we are getting boys' uniforms on the app?
Ans: Please contact the admin or store manager in such cases for
rectification.
Q16. I have received the uniform & now I am going on vacation to my native
place, can I do an exchange from there?
Ans: Yes, you can do exchange from any place in India but have to make sure
that you update the exchange address and that the pickup & delivery will be
done at the given address only.
Q18. My child is in Grade 4 at Airoli, please let us know the time & date for
the uniform trials.
Ans: Please contact the admin or store manager.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCESS
UNIFORM EXCHANGE PROCESS:
2.Once the uniform is delivered, Webgenie will show the status of the
order as “delivered” and the exchange window will open.
6.In case of pickup for exchange orders – E-KART follows the rule with
respect to quality checks for pickups and hence all the pickups should be
as per the details mentioned during the exchange order. Products must
be free from any stains, odors, or damage to qualify for a return.
● Order placed but if Item not in stock while exchange. In this case, a
refund will be initiated for that particular item without delivery
charges and a message about the same will be displayed on the
Parent’s login account.
● In case there is RTO i.e. Parent is not available to receive the order
after 3 attempts made by the delivery partner, the order will go back
to the warehouse and a refund will be initiated without delivery
charges. Message about the same will be displayed on the Parent’s
login account.
12. Refund will be credited back to the source account of the Parent.
