Portugal and her barangay officials who maintain the peace and order of our beloved
barangay in town.

To our esteemed school president, Mr. Roberto F. Palanca, our dedicated school
administrator, Mr. Ernesto T. Orosco Jr., our respected principal, Mr. Conrado Botor,
along with our assistant principal, Mr. Earl Jon Mari Bagacina, our honored guest
speaker, Mr. Richard B. Gloria, as well as the faculty members and staff, parents,
students, and other guests— a warm greetings and a pleasant morning to all.

In the glory of education, recognition serves as a powerful motivator and a testament to

the relentless efforts and achievements of students. Academic Excellence Awards and
Special Awards play a pivotal role in fostering the culture of dedication, perseverance
and aspiration.

After a year of accomplishing tasks, reviewing for your exams, listening to your teachers
and following instructions from everyone, here you are today, gripping each and every
single thing that you have shown.

Yes, you can all afford medals and certificates; we can all afford to have it. However,
beyond these attainable awards lie tales of sleepless nights, restless minds, moments of
tears, and aching efforts. Every medal you hold today carries its own unique story of
hardship and triumph.
