LOL Rules & Regulations

Draft The starting five players of each team must be declared before the draft begins. Substitutions are only allowed between games, but they must be declared before the draft of the next game begins. Best of One: Coin toss will be conducted to determine which team will be able to choose first pick/ban If a team chooses first ban/pick, then their opponent will receive the remaining option. Draft order (for 3 bans) Bans: ABABAB Picks: ABBAABBAAB Game Settings Mode: Custom Banning Draft (or Blind Pick if a manual draft is conducted) Champion Selection: Players may only select champions that they have unlocked or are currently unlocked through the champion rotation. Random is not allowed. Map: 5v5 Summoners Rift (Summer) Players are to use their personal Garena League of Legends account. No tournament account will be provided. Disconnections All games will be continued regardless of any players disconnection. The referee will only make judgment if the disconnection occurs (1) to all players due to an issue with the server. If a team has a +2 ratio of inhibitors up, they will be declared the winner. (2) within 2 minutes from the start of the match & before first blood, if they unable to reconnect (3) directly after champion selection. Judgment may include, (a) restarting the game or (b) awarding the game to one of the teams. Referees delay If there is a player disconnection at an offline tournament (i.e. LAN), then a referee may make a determination to order both teams to (A) return to their bases or (B) remain in a neutral zone until the disconnected player(s) return to the game. If teams are allowed to remain in a neutral zone, then they may farm any minions or jungle creeps (except dragon or Baron Nashor). It will be the referees determination as to when the players can resume normal play, but as a guideline play should not be delayed for more than 3 minutes. Unfair play The following actions will be considered unfair play: (1)The use of any cheat program and/or map hack program. (2) An intentional disconnection (3) The use of any settings exceeding the standard and permitted settings (4) Clearly allowing an opponent to win a match. (5) Unsportsmanlike behavior or, in general, disruptive (e.g. shouting), inappropriate and/or unprofessional actions directed towards another player (even inside the game). (6) The use of a program bug that is determined by the board of referees as being unfair. (7) During the course of the event, the board of referees may determine other actions to embody unfair play. (8) False declaration of surrendering (e.g. typing gg/its over).

(9) Any unnecessary chatting during the match. Unnecessary chatting means any chatting other than the cases listed below: (a) Greeting messages between the players; (b) Any message to highlight game errors or bugs. If a referee decides that external conditions (Press, Team Leader, Player, Spectator, etc) are giving or have given an unfair advantage to a player, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the referee's sole discretion. Teams that want to report their opponents for unfair play should do so during or immediately after the game to their game referee. Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the board of referees, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss or, in extreme cases, be disqualified from the tournament. Final provisions: Tournament referees may amend any of the aforementioned rules at their sole discretion.
