1. Username & Password is case sensitive.
2. Your account’s password will be expired every 90 days (approximately 3 months).
3. Your account will be locked after three consecutive login failures.

(c) case there is any vacancy, students will be able to enrol into the classes. (We are not using
this at the moment)

6. Q: My results seem to be incorrect, who can I contact with?


A: Please inform your respective school if you found your results incorrect immediately.

7. Q: Notification that I generate doesn’t seem to have CGPA, it only show grade only.
A: Please check with your respective school, most likely that your programme is not CGPA based.
