Dec 2019 – Now : Site Civil Engineer in Greater Cairo Monorail Consortium.

Responsibilities:
1-Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements listbased
on project priorities and time schedule.
2- Review sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order
to tack necessary actions.
3- Handle day-to-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work
of any subcontractors.
4- Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective
action if required.
5- Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
6- Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site
activities.
7- Review labors' productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget.
8- Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.
9- Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings
on site.
10- Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
11- Check and forward the Daily Inspection Request (Piles-Pile Caps-Piers-Pier Heads- long span
bridge-very long Span- Straddle Bent- Switch- Masonary Works-Plastering Works-Painting Works-
Epoxy Working-Gypsum Board-Insulation Works- Granite& marble Works) to the QC Department.
