MSME : Name and Address must be as per the Electricity Bill only.

1. All documents shall be duly signed with seal of company/trust. Without sign and
stamp documents will not be accepted.
2. Application will be made and proceed further on the name mentioned in Electricity bill only.
3. Company name and address shall be same in all documents.
4. Authorised Persons's name shall be same in Aadhar card, PAN card and all other documents.
Notes: 5. Any dissimilarities in names, addresses or any other details may require to correct by
affidevit or some other way, suggested by concern DISCOM/GEDA/Govt Authority as and
when require.
6. Given documents list is general and may get update time to time.Other
document/detail not mentioned in list may also require for process and in such case
client will require to provide the same as and when require.
