FINAL EXAMINATION II PUC

● VISIT the center beforehand, get acquainted with the route


and traffic conditions etc.
● Students must reach the exam hall 45 minutes before the start
of the exam.
● The students are strongly recommended to wear their ID Cards.
● The seating positions and rooms are changed for each exam,
so it must be checked every day.
● Students must carry two passport size photos on all days.
● Students have to carry their Hall ticket and ID card on all days
of the exam. If they lose it, they have to pay Rs.100/-
● They will not be allowed into the exam hall without the Hall
Ticket & the ID card.
● Please read the instructions that have been given in your Hall
ticket.
● Do not laminate the Hall ticket. This is because the invigilator
needs to sign the same everyday
● Students must bring all stationery required in a transparent
pouch for the exam. Borrowing is strictly not allowed.
● Students are allowed to use the normal calculator without the
'check' button. Scientific calculators are allowed only for the
Statistics examination. They must not take the cover of the
calculator into the exam hall.
● Students must take the signature of the invigilator in case of
change of pen.
● Students' writing should only be in blue.
● Students are not allowed to carry water bottles and other
beverages like energy drinks/juices into the hall.
● The students are not allowed to carry writing pad / clip board ,
( not the transparent one as well).
● DO NOT carry any valuables, no digital / electronic watches ,
mobiles ( you carry at your risk and keep in the bag outside – a
designated area). NO One will take care of these things.
● Teachers are also on invigilation duties / other work, so after
9.00 am you may not get your doubts clarified easily.
● All stationery to be carried in the hand, any type of pouched
/boxes are not allowed.
● Please check to see that no objectionable material is on you / in
person. If anyone is found cheating, the student will be
suspended and not allowed to write any of the exams
thereafter.
● Exam hall behavior – talking / turning head borrowing things
etc- not permitted.
● A answer booklet of 40 odd pages is given – most of the
subjects that suffice to write the answers. But , in case you
need , you can avail additional sheets. But do not wait till the
end of the examination to ask for additional sheets.
● Writing the correct examination number – and the booklet
number is important.
● If you take an additional sheet – make sure you enter the
number on a sheet provided by the examiner. Tie /secure the
sheet with main paper tightly.
● Take the signature of the examiner on your hall ticket on every
examination day. And keep your hall ticket safe till examination
results are declared.
● Take signature of the examiner in case of change in pen.
● Ensure that your answer paper has been collected by the
teacher before you leave the examination hall. You also need to
sign the post-submission of the paper. ( this step may vary year
to year)

DRESS CODE:
● Boys – Formal pants and Half sleeve shirt, clean shave and
decent haircut
● Girls – Salwar kameez and hair neatly tied back.
● Students are not allowed to wear shoes and socks
● Students are not allowed to wear jackets/sweaters, smart
watches or carry any gadgets to the exam hall.
