The Three Little Pigs – Play script

Characters: Narrator, Mother, Pig 1, Pig2, Pig3, Man, Wolf

Scene 1

Narrator: Once upon a time, there was a beautiful forest. On the edge of it lived a

mommy pig, a daddy pig and three little pigs. The time had come for the three little

pigs to leave home.

Three Pigs: (waving goodbye) Bye Mother.

Mother: (sheds a tear) Watch out for the Big Bad Wolf! Good-bye my little sons.

Narrator: The three pigs went different ways. Soon, pig 1 met a man who was
selling straw.

Pig 1: I need some straw; would you sell it to me?

Man: Of course. Take it. (arms outstretched passing over the bales of hay)

PIG 1: Take this money. Good bye.

Man: Good bye.

Narrator: Niff-niff went with hay in his hands.

Pig 1: That’s a great place. I will built my house here.

N a r r a t o r : Later, Pig 2(Naff-naff) met a man who was selling wood.

Pig 2: Please, Sir. I need some wood to build my house. Would you sell it

to me? Man: Yes (picks up a plank of wood and passing it to pig 2). Take it

Pig 2: Here you are, Sir. (gives money)

Narrator: Pig 2 paid the man and went on his way to make his wood house.
Pig 2: What a nice place! I’ll build my wooden house here. A Bad Big Wolf can’t
me here easily.

Narrator: Later, Pig 3 met a man who was selling bricks.

Pig 3: Excuse me, Sir. I need some bricks. Are they for

sale? Man: (nods) Of course. Take them.


Pig 3: Thank you Sir. Here you are!

Narrator: Pig 3 paid the man and went on his way. Nuff-nuff walked on, and on, and
on. Finally, he found a pretty area of land by a stream.
Pig 3: It is perfect place to build my house. I’’ build a strong brick house to keep
safe from the wolf!

Narrator: And Nuff-nuff began to build his strong house. After week’s hard work the
house was ready!

(When the three pigs finished their houses, they moved in. Pig 1 was taking a nap
when someone knocked at the door. Pig 1 looked through the window and
saw a wolf.)
Pig 1: Oh, my god! A wolf.

Wolf: Little pig, little pig, let me in!

Pig 1: Not by the hair on my chinny-chin-chin.

Wolf: Then, (takes a deep breath) I´ll huff and I´ll puff and I´ll blow your
house down!!

Narrator: The wolf huffed and puffed and destroyed pig 1’s house. Pig 1 ran all the
way to pig 2’s house.
Pig 1: Help me my brother! A Bad Big wolf is running after me!
Pig 2: Come in quickly! I’ll close the door and he can’t eat us.
Narrator: Two little pigs began to live together. After a few days, there was a knock
at the door. The two pigs looked out the window and it was the wolf.

Wolf: Little pigs, Little pigs, let me in!

Pig 1 & 2: Not by the hairs on our chinny-chin-chins.

Wolf: Then, (takes a deep breath) I´ll huff and I´ll puff and I´ll blow your
house down.

Narrator: The wolf huffed and puffed and destroyed the house. The pig brothers ran
all the way to pig 3’s house.

Pig 1: Help us brother!


Pig 2: a Big Bad Wolf is running after us!!!

Pig 3: Quickly, come in! we can live together. My house is big and strong. The
wolf can’t harm us. Not afraid him.

Narrator: The pigs began to live happily. After a few days, there was a knock at the
door. The pigs looked out the window and they saw the wolf.

Wolf: Little pigs, Little pigs, let me in!

Pigs 1,2,3: Not by the hairs on our chinny-chin-chins.

Wolf: Then, (taking a bigger breath than before) I´ll huff and I´ll puff and I´ll
blow your house down.

Narrator: The wolf huffed and puffed several times but he couldn´t destroy the brick
house.
Wolf: What can I do? I’m hungry. There are three fat, pink pigs. I can’t be
hungry!!!!
What can I do? Uhhh! I know!

Narrator: Meanwhile, the three pigs started cooking dinner. They put a large pot of
water in the fireplace to cook some soup.

Wolf: I know what to do: I´ll get in through the chimney and I will eat
those pigs.

Narrator: The wolf climbed up to the roof, but he didn’t know that there was a pot of
boiling water at the bottom of the chimney. Suddenly, the three pigs
heard a noise.

Wolf: (snarling showing his teeth) I´m coming to get you little pigs!

Narrator: The wolf then jumped down the chimney and fell into the pot of boiling

water. Wolf: AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!

Narrator: The wolf jumped back up the chimney and ran into the woods. The pigs
lived in peace and never saw the wolf again.
