2. Objective
- To transfer knowledge and skills related to sourcing, supplier communication, contract
negotiation, and import procedures from a Korean expert fluent in Chinese to local
understudies.
- To enable local employees to independently manage end-to-end import coordination with
Chinese suppliers.

- Identifying and vetting potential suppliers
- Coordinating product samples, production timelines, and export documents
- Managing Philippine customs clearance and logistics processes

- Proficient in drafting international trade contracts and using Incoterms

7. Responsibilities
Foreign Employee:
- Provide live demonstrations of import coordination tasks
- Monitor and provide feedback on email and call simulations by understudies
- Conduct monthly evaluations and mentoring

UDP Trainee:
- Shadow the foreign employee in daily tasks
- Submit weekly reports and training logs
- Participate in real trade transactions under supervision

8. Reporting and Documentation


- Monthly progress reports from trainees
- Final training report summarizing performance and progress
- Archive of contracts, communication logs, training materials, and evaluations

9. Completion and Certification


Criteria for Completion:
- At least 90% skill acquisition
- Passing mock business communication tasks in Mandarin
- Completion of trial import transactions

Certification:
- Certificate of Completion in international trading Course in China Trade will be awarded upon
successful internal test result
