DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF LAW CASE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

The main objective of this project is to create law and justice openly and efficiently. Law
and justice are very important in any community. The law and justice of our country are based on
our Constitution. The Constitution of our country provides security and independence to every
citizen. Unfortunately, not every person enjoys equal rights for a variety of reasons. The reason
is the lack of awareness of the law. People are not aware of the rights and legal options available
to them. They fear the problems of filing cases against criminals and any such activity. There are
also chances of not getting sued. In most cases, timely justice is not served. There is a proverb
that delayed justice is denied. That is, if timely justice is not provided, it loses its significance.
For all these reasons, people tolerate violence and crimes against them, so most offenses go
unrecorded. The scheme provides all the information of various sections of its Act, subdivision,
etc. to the general public; it thus aims to create tolerance against crime and violence. This
independence-based defensive program is created using PHP.
SYSTEM ANALYSIS

EXISTING SYSTEM

Lack of awareness of the laws of the people leaves people wondering what the law is for
the problems within them. Some honest justice ignores this. Existing system of law and justice is
opaque and uncountable. The biggest hurdle is that the people are not aware about their rights
and legal remedies available for them. In many circumstances, cases against criminals or certain
individuals are not accepted and many cases left pending even after decades the crime has
occurred.

DISADVANTAGES

 Some facts that are not wrong are hidden.


 It takes more time to get to know the appropriate law.
 A lot of people escape from mistakes
PROPOSED SYSTEM

It can offer faster access and more update information about any law for our country. Use
many Educated or uneducated person read this about our application and with easy to
understanding information for our law in mother tongue. Anytime, anywhere, anyone can access
this app by internet at low cost, to add any new our law information without any complexity.
Proposed system aims to make the citizen aware about the kind of laws available under the
constitution. An individual can login to the software and get to see all the laws of IPC. The
contacts of the lawyers are also available. Even individual can register a case online which is
directly sent to the court authority. Software is also responsible to keep a track of all the crimes
happening, judgment of the court for various hearing and its updates. This software will store the
data about Case no, case details.

 Users can get all information related to laws online.
 User can find all lawyers information at a single place.
 It saves user time, cost and efforts.
 Users can register case online without visiting offices.

 Coding Language : Java 1.8 and PHP 5.6.
 IDE : ADT 22.0.
 Backend : MySQL 10.
 Web Server : XAMPP 5.6.
