Binary Trading Strategy Guide

Advanced Binary Trading Rules

This section gives you enhanced strategies that go beyond basic entries. It focuses on understanding how

the market moves at a deeper level why price behaves the way it does, not just what its doing.

Youll learn:

- How to trade based on market structure

- Where smart money is likely to trap traders

- How to use key concepts like BOS, CHOCH, liquidity, and fair value gaps to get sniper entries

Smart Money Concepts (SMC)

- BOS (Break of Structure): When price breaks the most recent swing high or low, confirming continuation of

the trend.

Example: In a downtrend, if price breaks the last low BOS = trend still bearish.

- CHOCH (Change of Character): A sign that the trend might reverse.

Example: In a downtrend, if price breaks a lower high CHOCH = possible bullish reversal.

- Liquidity Grabs: Price often spikes beyond obvious highs/lows where many traders place stop losses. These

'fakeouts' are used to trap them before reversing.

- Fair Value Gaps (FVG): Imbalance areas where price moved too quickly. The market often returns to fill

these before continuing.

Entry Strategy: Liquidity Grab + Rejection

Goal: Catch reversals after liquidity has been grabbed.

Rules:

1. Look for equal highs/lows or obvious support/resistance zones.

2. Wait for a spike (wick) through those levels (liquidity grab).

3. Watch for a strong reversal candle e.g., pin bar or engulfing.

Rules:

1. Confirm you're in a clear trend.

2. Watch for a CHOCH (break of last high/low in the opposite direction).

3. Wait for retest and rejection.

4. Enter trade in the new direction.
