Overall, this nine-step process could be divided into three key stages, namely collecting,
recycling and manufacturing end products.
At the first stage in the process, plastic bottles are brought to a collection point and then are
transported to recycling centre. In there, second-hand bottles are sorted in two main forms,
that are recyclable and can’t be recycled. In the next step, people compressing these which
are recyclable into cube-shaped blocks. After that, these plastic bottles are crushed into
small pieces of debris.
Those pieces are place under water to eliminate dust and other unwelcome substances. At
the following step, pieces of plastic bottles are put into the machine to produce plastic
pellets. The process continue with heating pellets which was created at an earlier stage to
form raw material. After raw material are completed, those are used to make material for
numerous products such as clothes, bottles, containers and school supplies.
