Dear Sir,

My name is Ho Thi Thanh Ngan and I have been a member of the club
for two months. I am writing this email to express my feelings and give
suggestions on the news that I have just received from our club.

According to the news, James Mc Avoy (WILL) not be able to give a

talk at our next club meeting due to personal reasons. To be honest, I was
a bit bummed when I read the news. But luckily the event will be held in
January or March next year.

In my point of view, we should prioritize holding it in January, because

of the anticipation and excitement of our members. In addition, I think the
topic that critic(S) should talk about is “The Evolution of Film”. In
Particular, he can use slides, videos to attract more listeners. I believe that
everyone will enjoy this topic.

Please take my suggestions into consideration. I look forward to receiving

your response soon.

Best regards ,

Ho Thi Thanh Ngan.
