1.0 Introduction
Water pollution is the entry of living creatures, substances, energy or other
components into the water, so that the quality of the water drops to a certain level which
causes the water to no longer function as intended. According to Kristanto (2002), water
pollution is the deviation of water properties from normal conditions. When harmful
substances accumulate in the composition of water, the water becomes poisonous and
unsuitable for human or animal consumption. Negative consequences on ecosystems are also
a result of this deterioration of water quality. The flood that occurred in Kampung Jenderam
Hilir caused the residents of the village to experience water pollution and caused the water
supply they use for daily needs.
The reason why the villagers do not have access to clean water sources is that they do
not have enough funds to make equipment or machines to filter dirty water so that it can flow
into the house. If they do not get such help and are stuck, it will be more and more difficult
for them to get a chance to get a clean water source. If this continues, they can get germs
from water sources, especially children and the elderly. This problem will also be the result
of their thinking where they will not be calm, less comfortable and will lack water supply.
Villagers should also try to get help so that this problem can be curbed.
To deal with this problem, it is particularly important to organize a program that can
improve the source of polluted water in the homes of the villagers. This program's
organization should require the organizers and villagers' cooperation to start the project. This
cooperation can help further launch the project and provide more information to the villagers
about the improvement of water resources and participate in how the project's construction
process is done. Thus, the villagers will know more about the water they use from now on
from a clean source and community projects will be more appreciated.
 In conclusion, the following recommendations outline the "WATER PURIFY:
REDUCE GREEN TECHNOLOGY" program that will carry out a water filter construction
to raise revenue for the water filter, encourage the communities to benefit from clean water
and to guarantee a consistent and reliable source of water at Kampung Jenderam Hilir,
Selangor.

2.0 STATEMENT OF NEED

A critical need to develop and implement water purification technologies that not only ensure
access to clean water but also reduce the environmental footprint has been triggered by the
growing global concern about the sustainability of the environment. Innovative and green
technologies to efficiently purify water resources, while mitigating the adverse effect on the
environment, are urgently needed in view of rising environmental challenges.
A fundamental human need is water. For drinking, cooking and personal hygiene each person
needs at least 20 to 50 litres of clean water a day. Contaminated water isn't just filthy, it can
be deadly too. An estimated 1.8 million people die each year from diarrheal diseases such as
cholera while tens of millions of others fall ill from various diseases related to contaminated
water (Zakaria, 2016).
We are already aware that river pollution is on the rise in our country and after that, there is
no answer. When a river becomes polluted, it definitely affects the air quality that is provided
to the people. In order to take care of the health and to have more confidence in the air
quality. Therefore, the use of air filters will help in keeping the air free from pollutants such
as heavy metal, dissolved and hazardous chemicals.
To address this need, it is crucial to explore and adopt water purification solutions that
integrate sustainable and eco-friendly practices. The focus should be on reducing the
environmental impact of water treatment processes, considering factors such as energy
consumption, waste generation, and the use of non-renewable resources. A comprehensive
approach to water purification is required, encompassing the entire lifecycle of the
technology, from raw material extraction to disposal, to ensure a truly sustainable and
environmentally friendly solution.
3.0 Goals and Objectives

4.0 Description of Programme

The name of this project is Water Purify: Reduce Green Technology which will be done in
Kampung Jenderam Hilir Mukim Dengkil, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The project named water
purify is to provide clean water facilities to the residents of the district who have experienced
various problems, especially during the monsoon season and the dry season which will affect
the daily activities of the residents in Kampung Jenderam Hilir.
4.1 Summary of Programme
The goal of this project is to raise funds for the clean water purification process. Fundraising
for this project is very useful for example because the people in the area do not have a supply
of clean water for daily use either for cooking or for drinking. So this project will benefit the
residents to have clean water in their village. This project will also ensure that the entire
community regardless of Kampung Jenderam Hilir or the surrounding area has clean water.
After all, it is a very meaningful responsibility because everyone has the right to have clean
water regardless of religion, race, or region.
In addition, the goal of this project is also to encourage the community to know what methods
and benefits they will receive through this water purify project for them to get treated water or
clean water. In this project, the company will use the ceramah method, which is to provide
more information about water purification to the residents of Kampung Jenderam Hilir. There
is no doubt that this water purify is indeed very useful to the community because it has
provided various benefits and benefits. The company will explain to the residents the
advantages of using this water filter and what they might get if they use it either in terms of
health or otherwise. To ensure that the goal is achieved, the company also needs to ensure that
the villagers in Kampung Jenderam Hilir understand the benefits they will receive through the
talks organized by the company on using this water purifier. This will also increase the
awareness of the population to have this clean water and apply it in daily life. At the same
time, fun run activities are also one of the incentives provided by the company responsible for
building this project. This fun run activity can cover the cost of constructing the water purify
and at the same time provide well-being to the community to live healthy and smart. This
project will be built in a strategic area that is very close to the residential area, which is at the
Kampung Jenderam Hilir Town Hall.
Furthermore, this project also wants to ensure that the objective of sustainable and reliable
water supply is given to the population without falling out of receiving this clean water. To
ensure a sustainable water supply, the company will build a water tank using this water
purification system to ensure residents receive water without dirt and make cooking or
drinking easier. It will also increase the capacity of the amount of water stored in the tank
compared to the previous one. This is also a need that is very meaningful and beneficial to the
residents and the regret that they have experienced for several years has finally been resolved
with the construction of a water purifier in their village area.
4.2 Location and Target Communities
This project targets the community among the villagers in the Kampung Jenderam Hilir area.
The area of Kampung Jenderam Hilir is an area located in Dengkil District, Selangor State,
where a few liters of the area is a water disturbance area, especially during the rainy and dry
seasons. The distance between Kampung Jenderam Hilir and Tricor Groups is 37 km and it
takes 37 minutes to travel by car depending on traffic congestion. Furthermore, the people in
the village are less able and do not get full attention from the state government or other
NGOs. Therefore, this project will bring a great benefit to the community for them to get
clean water facilities and solve the problems they face after several years of being shackled by
this matter.

4.6 Promotional Plan
In order to inform the public about the Water Purify : Reduce Green Technology program
organized by Tricor Group Sdn Bhd at Balai Raya Kampung Jenderam Hilir, we have planned
to make a promotion on social media, TV channel 3, Content by Tiktok influencers, through
posters and will also implement Fun Run program for all communities of Kampung Jenderam
Hilir. On social media we will broadcast this program 2 weeks before the program runs, which
is from 1 January to 7 January 2024.

Promotional plan using content by TikTok influencer

For promotion on TikTok, we will carry out promotion through content by TikTok influencers
before the start of the program, which is a week early from 1 January to 7 January 2024. The
reason we using Tiktok for promote our programme which is TikTok's short-form video
format (15 to 60 seconds) is highly engaging and easily digestible. This makes it ideal for
capturing the attention of users and conveying messages quickly. TikTok has a strong culture
of trends and challenges, and content can quickly go viral. This viral nature can significantly
amplify the reach of promotional content, increasing brand visibility.
Another reason why we confident to collab with Tiktok influencers because TikTok is home
to many influencers with large followings. Collaborating with TikTok influencers allows
businesses to tap into their existing audience and gain credibility through influencer
endorsements. Next, TikTok's hashtag challenges encourage user participation and make
content easily discoverable. Brands can create branded challenges, encouraging users to create
content using a specific hashtag.
Promotional plan using TV3 Channel advertisement
Promotion through advertising on the TV3 channel is aired in the Buletin Utama from 8 p.m.
to 9 p.m. and this advertising will appear at the end of the main newsletter. This Promotion
will be carried out for two days, namely on Monday (1 January 2024) and on Friday (7
December 2023) before the start of the program on the 13th, which is Saturday. Advertising
was shown on this channel because it was noticed that most of the public would be watching
the main bulletin at this hour. This will cause more people to know about this program and
will attract the attention of sponsors who want to contribute to launching the
“GoGreenTechnology.” and charity fun run program.
The reason why we chose TV 3 Channel because Television networks often offer
opportunities for program sponsors to be associated with specific events or shows, providing
