As in the given scenario if I was:

 Sara:
1. Firstly, I would contact to the contractor and tell him to arrange any taxi or rikshaw for me.
2. Secondly, I would try to contact Sindh Government official who is supervising that contractor,
about the situation and request him to help me in this regard as soon as possible.
3. Moreover, I would also contact the warden of my hostel and ask her to contact the admin staff
to arrange any transport for me if possible.
4. Also I would request the taxi driver to call any other taxi/rikshaw, if he can do so.
5. Finally, I would also contact any of close friend who is resident of sukkur, to arrange any
transport for me.
 Taxi Driver:
1. As the taxi driver, first of all, I would contact the contractor and explain the ongoing situation.
2. I would try to call any other taxi driver and tell him to come as soon as possible so that I can I
can drop her to the university.
3. I would take her to the railway authority and ask them to help her out or keep her in a safe
custody until any arrangement is made to drop her to the university safely.
4. I would also request any family there to keep her with them until the other taxi arrives.
 Contractor:
1. As a contractor, I would try to contact other taxi/rikshaw drivers, who are able to come
immediately, so that the lonely girl does not have to wait longer.
2. I would direct the taxi driver to take care of her and the luggage she have until another ride
arrives.
3. I would immediately contact the Sindh Government official who is supervising me to tell him
about the ongoing situation and request him to made some possible changes in the policy or
arrange any system to deal with such type of situations.
4. I would request the railway authority to take care of her and not allow her to leave the
station alone until she found any trustable taxi/rikshaw driver, who can drop her to the
university safely.
5. Finally, if she did not get any ride for a long while, I would provide her my own car with a
trustable driver, so that she does not have to wait in the station for very long time.
 Member of Sindh Assembly who voted for the law:
1. As being a member of the Sindh Assembly, I will request the Sindh Government to provide some
vehicles to Sindh Railway Authority for the emergency situations like this. So that, nobody, who
is in emergency situation has to wait too much for the rikshaw or taxi. Also, it becomes easy for
the students from the other cities travelling solo late night need not to be worried about the
transport.
2. I would also request Sindh Government to provide vehicle to the universities or finance them so
that they can manage transport system for their students by themselves.
3. In this scenario, as the girl is alone late night in the railway station, I would sent my own car to
drop her to the university safely.
4. Also, I would talk to the Sindh Government to built a safety room in the railway station, for the
safety of passengers and their luggage in the situations like this.
