Introduction
It was decided to introduce e-invoicing mandatorily for all taxpayers with annual
aggregate turnover above ₹10 crores from October,1, 2022. the aggregate turnover of
registered persons required preparing invoice in terms of Rule 48(4) enhanced to Rs. 10
crores. The aggregate turnover includes the turnover of all GSTINs under a single PAN,
across India. For the taxpayers with annual aggregate turnover above ₹10 crores, e-
invoicing provisions got applicable from October, 01, 2022, Time to time this turnover slab
changed and now from April 01, 2022 aggregate turnover above ₹10 crores are mandatory
to issue e-invoice for all their B2B transactions.

Currently in Tally IRN and QR code prints on top of invoice which uses more space and
consumes more stationery for invoices due to this need more number of item need to bill.
as well as the company name is printing small size and font,

Release : 1.1 : Make Stylish Invoice Print in Tally Prime

Important!
Take back up of your company data before activating the Add-on.

Once you try/purchase an Add-on, follow the steps below to configure the Add-on and use it.

Setup Guide
1. Update your license by going to Gateway of Tally → F1: Help → Settings → License→
Manage License → F5: Update
(In case you are using a multi-site account, you will need to configure TallyPrime to activate
the Add-on for a particular site. Click here for the steps.)
2. Shut down and Restart Tally Prime and open your company.
3. Press Ctrl + Alt + H at any menu screen to open the user manual. In case of multiple Add-
on, Add-On Help screen will pop-up to select Add-on Manual.

4. To Activate the Add-on.

Go to Gateway of Tally → F1: Help → TDL & Add-On → F6: Add-On Features. Alternatively,
you may press CTRL + ALT + T from any menu to open TDL Management report and then press
F6: Add-On Features
Set “Yes” to the option “Enable Stylish Invoice Printing ”

After enable the option “Enable stylish invoice printing” from the add-on feature below
options will be shown in next screen, then you can enable the options as you want,

1- Option, Do Yes “Enable Stylish company name on invoice” If you want print your
company name top of the invoice in landscape with stylish name and address,

2- Option, do yes “Print payment QR Code on invoice” if you want print payment QR
Code on invoice top right side of the company name, QR Code will print with logo,

3- Option, do yes “Enable stylish Dispatch details on invoice” if you want to print
stylish dispatch column on invoice below the party details,

4- Option, do yes “Print sign and stamp on invoice” if you want to print stamp with
sign on invoice Make sure the image file in BMP or JPEG format and the size is 96
X 80 Pixel or 100 X 100 Pixel,

5- Option, do yes “Print terms & conditions on invoice” if you want to print terms and
conditions on invoice

To set Terms and condition on invoice you need to set it on voucher type “Gateway of tally
– Alter – Vouchers types – select the voucher type -sales (or in which you want to set ) –
Do yes option Print Terms & Conditions,

What will happen after one year?


A subscription for a year has to be renewed for the Add-On. The cost would be 20% of the MRP
prevailing at that time, of the Add-on.

I am using a multi-site. Can I use the same Add-on for all the sites?
No, one Add-on will work only for one site. You need to purchase again if you want to use the same
Add-on for more sites.

I am Not able to generate e-invoice. Can you help me in to generate?
Yes, we can help you to generate e-invoice but on chargeable basis only. It is advisable to contact
your service provider as we only providing printing of IRN code.

How do I configure the add-ons for multi-site?


If you are a TallyPrime Multi site user, add the Add-on to the required site as follows:
a. Gateway of Tally → F1: Help → Settings → License→ Manage Account. This shall open
control centre on Tally Portal / Website
b. Go to TDL Management → TDL Configuration → Select the site’s default TDL

c. Under ‘Select TDL Account’, select the Add-on Name and Click on Create / Accept button.

d. Update your license by going to Gateway of Tally → F1: Help → Settings → License→
Manage License → F5: Update

Note: To know or change the site’s default TDL configuration, go to Gateway of Tally →
F1: Help → Settings → License → Manage Account. In the webpage go to Account
Management → License Management and look at the Deployment section in the right side
of the pane.)

TDL Management screen shows errors with the Add-on. What do I do?
Check whether the error is because of the Add-on or because of clashes between 2 TDLs (An add-
on is also a TDL). In case of clashes, disable one or more TDLs and check which TDL has the error.
If the Add-on has a problem, you can report it to us.

My Tally went into educational mode after installing the add-on. What do I do?
go to Gateway of Tally → F1: Help → Settings → License→ Manage Account. In the webpage go
to Account Management → License Management and look at the Deployment section. Select Not
Applicable for TDL Configuration and the Add-On is removed for the license. Now Update the
license from the product.

How do I cross upgrade the Add-on from Silver to Gold Edition?


Go to F1: Help → TallyShop. A web page for TallyShop shall open. Choose the add-on for which
the edition needs to be changed. Update the license and restart Tally after download.

My Subscription for the Add-on has expired. How do I renew my subscription?


Go to F1: Help → TallyShop. A web page for TallyShop shall open. Choose the add-on for which
the subscription is required to be renewed.

Will this add-on work in remote session?


Yes, this add-on will work remotely.
