Sagittal T2-weighted, sagittal TI-weighted, sagittal/coronal STIR images, axial T2-weighted,

axial Tl-weighted images of lumbar spine without intravenous contrast

OBSERVATIONS:

The last complete intervertebral disc is labelled LS-S 1 for the purpose of this report.

There is mild anterolisthesis of L3 with respect to L4 with bilateral L3 pars interarticularis

defects.

There are Modic type I marrow changes at the inferior endplate of L3 and superior endplate of
L4 vertebra.

There are degenerative Schmorl's nodes at the inferior endplate of L3 and superior endplate of
L4 vertebra.

Lumbar thecal sac AP diameter at Ll to LS level as measured on midline sagittal images:

The conus medullaris and the sub arachnoid space are normal.

The nerve roots of the cauda equina appear normal.

height reduction, and end plate sclerosis.
Grade Il anterolisthesis of L3 over L4 vertebral bodies noted.

Loss of lumbar lordosis seen.

The posterior elements are normal.
Para vertebral soft tissues are normal.
No abnormal radio opaque shadow is seen.
IMPRESSION:

• Lumbar spondylosis. _
• Grade II anterolisthesis of L3 over L4 vertebral bodies noted.

ADVICE:
MRI spine if clinically indicated.
