 Post greeting and acknowledging the dealer as a TOP  Informing the dealers the different tiers  Communicating the PIDIPOINTS
DEALER FOR PIDILITE , dealer to be invited for Pidilite available as part of PCC club and the minimum TARGET for FY26 program.
Chairman’s club program by handing over PCC points to achieve the same – Qualification  Dealers cannot downgrade from
Brochure Criteria FY25 achieved slabs
 Educating the dealer on the benefits of One Pidilite –  Explaining the modality of points i.e. Base  New Dealers can be enrolled
clubbing all points earned across different divisions points that a dealer will earn on every into the program post approval
 Validating with the dealer that ALL RETAILER Rs.200/- purchase (Product wise) or per ltr/kg from BM and HO team, New
CODES which are part of ONE PIL Code is mapped and Bonus points that a dealer can earn Dealers cannot choose a LOWER
correctly  Ensuring the dealer has installed Genie app Tier than what is suggested.
 Enrolment form to be filled and photos with the dealer and training him on how to track the  New Enrollment to be done in

handing over PCC Brochure and a Cadbury Celebrations Box worth upto
Rs. 150 as a welcome gift
 Welcome gift to be provided to FY24 QUALIFYING DEALERS ONLY
 Educating the dealer on the benefits of One Pidilite – clubbing all points
earned across different divisions
 Enrolment form to be filled and photos with the dealer to be uploaded
on Hum Hai PCC workplace page with Assortment of Dairy milk, 5 star & gems
