二 The Function Of Agent Management Platform


Agent management platform is the platform use for managing

company, which includingcompany management,user management, order

center,sub agent management,etc. Agent administrator can login agent

platform website to manage company and user.

2.1 Company Management

2.1.1 Create Company

Agent can create company account and this setting information

including: company account, password, company name. Account and

password must be in English or number, company name must be

number, English letters or Chinese, the length can not be more than 32.

2.1.2 View Company

Agent can look over the information of company account, also here

are 3 ways to look over the information of company account.

1:Through the company name to check the account information.

2: Through company account to check this information.

3: Click “View” to display total company account information.

Through “View” to show total company information, these company can

be sort by time, account and name.These company can be viewed as

soon as possible.

Inputting the company account, click “view”, and click “recharge”,

than can purchase ptt call order or use year accounts for this company

and view company bill.

Clicking“export” to export all user, group in the excel file.

Also click “Modify” to modify company name, restore password, pause

company, open common group, delete company.

2.2 User Management

2.2.1 User Details


The agent can view user account information in five ways.

1: Viewing the account information by the user name;

2: Viewing the account information by the user account;

3: Inputting phone number to view users

4: Inputting the company account to view the user account;

5: Clicking“view”to list all user account in this company

After querying all user, the users can be arranged by time, account, com

pany, group, status, and end time, also you can view user status:pause

or normal, online status:online or offline.

After selecting the user account, can activate, pause or delete user

account.

2.3 Orders Center

2.3.1 Order Management


The agent input company account to view the order. Agent can add,

query, and modify company bill order.

Functions

1:PTT call order

PTT call order including GPS, audios, monitor, sos, message,etc, it will

consume the corresponding usd dollar amount, and the consumption

amount details can be queried in the transaction record.

2:Video

The account has a video function, users and users or users and

dispatcher can operate video monitoring, video calling, uploading video,

and sending pictures.

3:Patrol

The user has the NFC or gps function, and can set and view user's

patrol information, it is patrol management in the company platform.

2.3.2 Order Log


Inputting the company account and click “view” to enter the order log.

The order log is automatically generated by the platform to record the

company account order information.

2.3.3 Order List
Order list can be arranged by Order ID, end time, company account,

user account, group ID, view all orders, order expiring soon, view

inactive order.

Than these order can be renewed from 1 month to 5 years.

1: Order renewal
The order renewal is consist of all renewal and partial renewal. When

renewing, selecting related users and function to renew.

Selecting function, Renewal Time, than click”Renew All”.

Partial Renewal
Selecting function, renewal time and selecting some users,than click”
renew the user”.

2: Transfer order
Transferring some accounts from one company platform to other company
platform under the same agent platform. The transferred account should be not
activated.

3: Add function
Check the function you want to add, according to remaining days to deduct usd
amount.

4:Change Order
For inactive order, click “Change Order” can make an order modification,
You can modify order function, order duration, number of accounts, and click
“Confirm” to modify.

2.3.4 Transaction
In the transaction record, all the order transactions of the whole agent platform
can be viewed. You must input the secondary password,the first secondary
password defaults to the agent password, and the secondary password can be
set in the transaction record.

2.3.5 Convert Accounts Into Amount


Convert the account number into amounts, One year account can be
converted into corresponding amount.You can purchase orders or renew order
in using these the amount.

2.4 Subagent Management
2.4.1 Create Subagent
Agent can create subagent, recharge or take back usd dollar amount from this
subagent or retract the annual account from this sub agents, if this sub agent
have annual accounts, which not activated.

2.4.2 Subagent List


Viewing, recharging,set price and modify subagent.

2.4.3 Price for Subagent
Agent can set different price for different function, like PTT call, video, patrol.

2.4.4 Recharging Subagent


Recharging or take back usd dollar amount from this subagent or retract the
annual account from this sub agents.

2.4.5 Modifying Subagent


Modifying subagent name,restore password, open OEM, relieve agency
relationship and delete subagent,etc.

2.5 Personal Center


2.5.1 Create Administrator
Creating administrator account to login the current agent platform. This
administrator account has two kinds of permissions.
1: Information inquiry, The user information of the agent platform can be
viewed, modifying operation cannot be operated.
2: Company management, all permissions of agent can be operated on the
platform.

Viewing or delete some administrator.

Setting the secondary password to check transaction record,the first
