The NIFT Campus Placement for the GRADUATING Batch 2025 is planned for 18 NIFT campuses for UG and
PG programs.
1 New Delhi 28th to 29th April 30th, 2nd & 3rd May

Based on the above information, the time slot and space (Physical mode for Phase 1) will be planned for
the Company.

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Companies should announce the names of the selected candidates and confirm their appointment
to the respective Campus RIC/Faculty coordinator with appropriate employment details and date of
joining etc., ON THE SAME DAY OF CAMPUS PLACEMENT.
2. It is mandatory to mention the Salary package, both Monthly take-home and Annual CTC, as
mentioned in the JAF.
3. The Company will adhere to the MINIMUM SALARY ASSURED (Monthly Take Home & CTC per
Annum) in JAF and will not negotiate below the assured emoluments with participants.
4. The Company shall stick to the minimum vacancies announced in the JAF.
5. Draft appointment orders, service contracts, bonds etc., should be provided in advance to the
Campus where the Company will participate in placements to ensure transparency in employment.
6. The job confirmation would be recorded online in the NIFT CMS, ensuring that the selected
candidate does not further participate in the placement process.
7. Participating Companies are not permitted to invite shortlisted/selected participants to their offices
for further selection process /renegotiation.
8. The Company undertakes that it will comply with all laws, regulations, statutory payments,
compliances and rules like payment of ESI, Income tax etc. or any other laws- in force, “including
the guidelines of Supreme Court laid down in Vishakha’s Case (Sexual harassment of women at
working place) that provides for a viable working place especially a separate toilet for women”.
9. The formal offer letter should be issued to the selected candidates within 7 working days of
completion of the recruitment process.
10. The students shall be available to join the organization from 16th June 2025 onwards.
11. The minimum CTC package per annum to participate in Phase 1 is INR 7 Lac for PG and INR 6 Lac for
UG. For Phase 2, It is INR 6 Lac and 5 Lac for PG & UG respectively. Most NIFT graduates were
offered a package of INR 8.5 Lac per annum during the campus placement in 2024 while the
highest package offered was 23 Lac per annum.
12. The allotments of Phase(1 or 2), Date & Time slots will be as per the Compensation Package
offered, Number of vacancies, Company’s engagement with NIFT, viz., Industry sponsored
Classroom Projects, Internship, Graduation Research Projects and past placement performance.
13. The allotted time and scheduled date is subject to change due to administrative exigencies.
14. The companies shall be intimated about the Phase, Date & Time Slot allotted via mail on or
before 3 days of the allotted date of placement.
15. The last date for filling the JAF is on or before 15th April 2025.
