EXAMINATION CENTER
Candidates appearing in examination must read the following instructions very carefully.
General:-
1. Be punctual. You should be present in Examination Center before starting time (at least 15 minutes) for
each paper, and be seated as per seating plan issued by exam department. The doors of Examination Center
will be closed after starting time and No student will allowed to enter exam center.
2. Original Roll Number Slip is mandatory for appearing in Term Exams. Students without verified Roll Number
Slips from accounts office will not be allowed to sit in the exam. Photocopy and soft copy (in mobile) of Roll
Number slip will not be accepted.
3. Students must display their student card during examination. Students without University ID Card, Roll
Number Slip, Fee defaulters & Unregistered students will not allowed to sit in exam.
4. Do not write anything on question paper except your Registration Number and name. For rough work use last
page of your answer sheet.
5. Mobile Phones collection points are established in the Campus to facilitate the students. All students are
directed to deposit their phones/electronic devices in collection points before entering in Exam Hall.
6. Possession of firearms, knives etc, inside and in the vicinity of Examination center is a crime under the
country’s law and center constitute a punishable offence.
7. Bring all your needed equipment e.g. pens, pencils, sharpeners, rulers etc with you. You would not be allowed
to borrow these items from other candidates.
8. If a student uses extra sheet(s), it is student’s own responsibility to make it sure that invigilator has properly
stapled the extra sheet with his/her answer sheet before submission to invigilator.
9. Your activities are being monitored by the CCTV Camera.
10. No foods, beverages or cigarettes, drugs, medicines will be allowed inside or consumed in the examination center.
11. You must maintain discipline in the Examination Center. Talking, making noise, shouting or throwing objects
etc. will be considered as serious and punishable offence.
12. The invigilation staff will be courteous, friendly & helpful but don’t ask them for help in answering questions.
This will be taken as cheating. You may ask them if any clarification in the question paper is required.
13. Only transparent geometry box / pouch will be allowed in the exam hall.
Cheating:-
14. Mobile phones, smart watches, and any other electronic device (except simple calculator where needed) are
strictly not allowed in the Examination Center. If found in his/her possession during examination (used/unused
& on/off) will be confiscated and case will be forwarded to Unfair Means Committee. Also any electronic
Devices/Mobiles/Bags etc., if stolen or lost, University/Invigilators/Exam Department will not be responsible.
15. No candidate should allow anyone to impersonate him to appear in the examination on his/her behalf. This will
result in serious consequences such as cancellation of registration/termination from FUI.
16. Cheating/copying and helping or taking help from other candidates in the Examination Center are the same offence
which would also result in cancellation of paper/whole examination both of the students alongwith fine.
17. No page should be torn from the answer book or extra sheet, and no part of these is to be taken out of the
exam center. Such practice will result in the cancellation of the paper.
18. Questioning-answering regarding exam contents is not allowed. Students are required to understand and
analyze the problem themselves.
19. Writing on palm, arm or anywhere on the candidate’s body/clothes etc. is considered enough proof of cheating
whether the written material is related or unrelated to the exam paper. Such a written material will result in
the cancellation of the paper.
20. Books, Magazines, notes, written material, photocopies or blank paper sheets etc are not allowed inside
Examination Center. If found in the possession of a candidate, his/her paper will immediately be cancelled.
Misconduct/Misbehavior:-
21. Any candidate who refuses to obey the Session Incharge/Invigilator’s or changes his/her seat with another
candidate, changes his/her roll number will be expelled from the Examination Centre and his/her answer sheet
shall be cancelled.
22. You are also required to be respectful and polite towards the invigilating and university staff. Show of temper,
anger, misbehavior, misconduct or disrespectful utterances will be dealt with serious punishment by the
discipline committee and may cause as cancellation of paper.
23. Any other violation of “FUI and Exam Rules/Regulations” by the student, will be forwarded to
University Discipline Committee for strict disciplinary action.
