PRE TO DO LIST:
SLIDE 1 1. Assessor’s guide- say “here with me is the
assessor’s guide and I reviewed it
2. Show Visual -Inspect the facilities, materials, tools
and equipment you will be using for the
assessment. And also check the environment and
the ventilation of the area
3. Go to the assessment area and greet the
candidates. Ask how are they and their travel
experience in going to the assessment venue
4. Check the completeness of the assessment
resources-say “ I have checked the completeness
of the assessment resources such as the facilities,
supplies, tools and equipment that you will be
using for today’s assessment ensuring that it is in
good condition.
5. Welcome them at the Assessment institution

Production NCII. (Show ID) Here is my ID as a proof that I
am a TESDA assessor………
Welcome to FEI Training Center and today is your
competency assessment. This assessment will run for 12
hrs.
Beforehand, I have already checked the facilities,
materials, tools and equipment that you will be using for
this assessment to make sure that it complies with the
req’ts and purpose of this assessment. And also, to
ensure a safe environment for everyone… Here with me
is the assessor’s guide and I reviewed it a while ago”

2 TO DO LIST:
1. Introduce the TESDA-Rep then explain his/her ROLE and the AC
Manager
“With us today is our TESDA Rep. from the TESDA-PO, the TESDA rep is
here to provide us with the complete assessment package. Also, with
us is our AC Mgr. Ma’am Merci D. Buque. Do not worry about their
presence as they are here only to oversee the conduct of the
competency assessment if it is in accordance with the prescribed
Methodologies and Standard Procedures set by TESDA. They are not
here to assess you because it is only the assessor who has the
authority to rate and assess you.”

What qualification are you being assessed??? Yes! You are here for the
national assessment for OAP NCII
TO DO LIST:
1. Ask them why are they here? After their response . State the
purpose of this competency assessment and that is for them
“to have their National Certificate and for your Professional
growth as a better workforce of the industry”. “you will get a
National Cert. if you will be competent on all unit of
competencies of OAP but if you fail to fulfill one or more
competencies then you will be given NYC on that specific
competency/competencies you failed to fulfill but you will get
COC or Cert. of Competency on UC that you successfully
perform. That is the good thing for our qualification bec. It can
be assessed on its clusters of competencies.
 2. Supplies, tools and equipment will be provided by the
institution. The assessment will run for 12 hours. 8 hours for
the demonstration and 4 hours for the oral questioning

567 So the following are the basic, common, and core competencies of
your qualification. pasadahan lang natin ha kasi natackle nio naman na
to sa training session niyo… As per TR…(CORE) these will be the center
or focus of our assessment but be reminded that the basic and
common competencies will also be observe during your demonstration
and oral questioning portion. Are we all clear?...okay moving on…

For this Competency Assessment you will be undergoing 2 methods

and that is Demonstration and Oral Questioning/Interview. In this
assessment you will only have 2 ratings that is either Competent or
Not Yet Competent. ... In order for you to be competent you have to
pass all the unit of competencies of this qualification which were
mentioned earlier. As for the NYC remark you will get that result if you
failed to fulfill one or more unit of competencies of this qualification
If you will be receiving Competent remark later on you will be gaining a
Nat’l Cert. nowadays NCs are now E-cert so after this assessment you
are to go the admin office and have the processing officer, take your
photo and e-signature which will be reflected on your NCs soon.

11 12 13 But if you will be having an NYC remark you have 2 options which are
apply for re-assessment or appeal the result of the assessment to the
AC Mgr.
Earlier noh we mentioned if you do not agree with result of the
assessment you can appeal for it. For the order of flow of the appeal …
Assessor then AC Mgr. then PO, the RO then CO up to the court….
But if you agree with the NYC remark then you can review and apply
for re-assessment if you are ready to take the national assessment. Just
approach me or our registrar’s office for your reassessment application
just follow the sequence of the application for assessment process.

you are given 15 minutes for your biological break….

DURING Again, Good morning, everyone! for your competency assessment you
18 will undergo Demonstration then Oral Questioning…. Here is the
Specific Instructions to the Candidates read and understand it carefully
and ask me if you do not understand what is written…and for
everybody’s better understanding I will read and explain this SIC. Isa
isahin and mga specific instructions…. Are we clear with the SIC?..
19 Okay for your demonstration you will be performing these 4 tasks
which in general covered the competency standard of your
qualification as per Training Regulation…
20 Before we proceed to the practical work area for your demonstration
kindly return the SIC to me. .so you are given 8 hours to perform the
tasks and a leeway of 30 mins to finish and wrap up your output.. Time
check..right now is 9:30 am so dapat by 5:30pm you are finished with
your outputs…your time starts now…..OBSERVE ONLY……times up….
Wrap up your output na and kindly return at the Learning Resource
area…CHOI pls follow me at the contextual Learning Area for your Oral
Questiong….so Choi here are your questions.. What are the raw
materials for FFJ concoction?..okay ..what are the thing to consider
when selecting you raw materials for making FFJ? Okay thank you .you
 may return to the Learning Resource area and call BIGO to come over
…okay BIGO why are we measuring all our raw materials when making
organic feeds?..okay thank you…how can you avoid accidents in the
practical work area?..okay thank you…CHOI pls come over here ..okay
so how are you how was your assessment? Okay that’s good to hear
and now I will be giving you my feedback.. Based on your
demonstrations you satisfactorily perform the minimum requirement
as prescribe for the qualification and you answered me correctly and
with that CONGRATULATIONS you are given a Competent remark.
Continue practicing your skills for this qualification…if you agree with
the result kindly affix your signature here …BIGO come over here ..how
are you? How was your assessment? okay it’s good that you tried your
best effort to perform the tasks and answers my questions but then
unfortunately your efforts were not enough to meet the minimum
standard to pass the qualifications. Earlier at the demonstration you
failed to prepare the standard seedbed and you didn’t observe the
proper hygiene when preparing your organic concoction which will
result to the contamination of your concoction. As for your oral
question you only got 3 correct answers out of the 10 questions that I
asked you so with that you will be receiving NYC remark for those UC
which are Produce organic Vegetables and Prepare organic
Concoctions and Extracts do you agree with me? If yes kindly sign
here…okay everyone reminder again after these kindly proceed to the
office and have your photo and e-signature be taken which will be
utilized for your NC which will be available for printing after 48hrs…
21 “I have now reviewed and signed all your assessment package and now
I will be turning them over to our TESDA Representative .and
Congratulations everyone. Kindly stay for a while kasi may ipapagawa
pa si TESDA Rep!” HAND SHAKE everyone and exit.
