TENDER NOTICE

Supply for :- Items required for electrical installation of four 2BHK residential unit
Sealed quotation are invited from the reputed manufacturers & suppliers for the supply of
items as per the specification given in the attached annexure so as to reach the office not later
than 20 April 2025 up to 5pm in room No.2 XYZ, company, sector 22 Hingna road, Nagpur.
Tenders will happen on the same day at 6 pm if possible, in the presence of the
intending tenders or their will be available representative.
Blank tender from will be available on payment of Rs 100/- which is not
refundable on any working days from 21st March 2025 to 15th April 2025 during office hours
11am to 5pm.
The following terms & condition must be followed which submitting the
quotation.
1) The sealed tender must have to sealed enveloped in which one envelope have
technical bid & the second enveloped should have financial bid
2) The earnest money deposit (EMD) in the form of treasury challan should accompany
the tenders.
3) The contract document can be seen by prospective bidders during office hour at the
officed of under signed.
4) The tenderer should attached documents like copy of Maharashtra state tax/ ref
no./PAN No. Copy of latest return for the financial year EMD etc with technical bid
only.
5) The authority competent to accept the tender reserves the right to reject the lower to
all tender without assigning any reasons.
